That is good i was in room 1341 kinda good there to see the sea but when our rooms were cleaned i saw this. That is art :)

I’ll start by saying my stay with my girlfriend and I was great for the 5 days we where there. However I do not believe I received 5 start service. I’ll start from the very beginning. At check-in the staff complementary upgraded our basic room to a ocean view with a jacuzzi on the balcony. Obviously anyone would be excited to receive that kind of upgrade. We made our way to the room and once we entered the first thing we noticed was the main door was very unstable and got stuck. You had to really push on the door to open it, and pull it shut (if you don’t want to bother your neighbors, if you do the door just slam’s obnoxiously loud.) then as we made our way into the room there was this awful sewage like smell that we found was coming from the sink and shower drains. We then went to the balcony to take a look at the view witch was good, and to test the jacuzzi, upon testing the jacuzzi we found the inside jazucci light didn’t work and the jet air adjuster was stuck on the lowest setting making it not a true jacuzzi tub, more like a ultra soft stream to break the water tension. The next morning we got breakfast around 08:45 in the morning and sat outside, looking down at the main pool we saw that almost every single beach chair had towels on it with not a single person in the pool. There are signs that are very clearly stating to not reserve seats so that rule is not enforced at all. (This was a daily thing during our stay, one morning there were towels reserving seats at 06:30 at the 18+ pool and the main pool). The main food was great, very flavorful and delicious, however the deserts are the biggest catfish. They visually looked amazing but when it came to taste there was virtually no flavor and pretty dry. Moving to the outside activities we went to the beach, which is fully covered 100% by over head shade. The beach is cut into sections for whichever hotel you’re staying in. On the beach there is a little stand to go on some excursions. We did the parasailing (€88 for 2 people) and the speed boat tour (€60 for 2 people) parasailing was fun, the service was alright, once completed the really try to push you to buy the most expensive picture package with the drone footage and all (€200) I asked for just 5 pics (€60) after looking for the ones we wanted they said we will airdrop you all of them for €70 I happily accepted the offer as all the pictures looked good. When it came to the payment that’s were it was frustrating. They DO NOT like accepting card payments, they very much prefer cash. They said if I wrote my name down with my hotel and room number I can come back before lunch with cash, so I did just that. Went back to the room, got my cash and walked back. When they handed me back my slip he had wrote (€75) on it, trying to scam me out of €5 I told the guy another person told me it was €70 he didn’t say a word just took the money from my hand and waved me off. The next day we did the speed boat tour and we felt like that was the best thing to do for the value. It’s an hour long tour where you stop at an ancient temple, go to an area known for sea turtle spotting (we didn’t see any) and another spot for open ocean swimming. And you can take your own pics with your phone (however they do have some drone footage when you leave the area) Once you get back they are very pressing on buying the footage which we declined and they were visibly upset. If you do get allowed to pay with your card keep in mind it’s going to be charged in Turkish Lira. They will show you a number on a calculator take the extra second to look it up on your phone to make sure it’s the proper conversion as this was a big way they tried to scam people. All in all the stay was okay, the food was the best part one of the bussers outside memorize our drinks and as soon as he saw us and sat down he brought it to us without asking.

another year in a row at this hotel. last year's stay set the bar very high and our expectations were high. both the hotel and above all the very nice and professional staff met our expectations once again. very friendly and helpful staff, great food, wonderful atmosphere. the hotel is made of employees and they are really great here. we will come back here next year too

Really pleasant hotel.  Large rooms, excellent services, very fast and always available WiFi connection.  The restaurant's cuisine is excellent and very varied, you can find a wide range of dishes.  All the staff are very kind and helpful.  The clientele is mostly German people.

If you are English you will definitely not enjoy it and feel singled out, the staff know languages such as German but fail when it comes to English. There are many more hotels that are good for British tourists but this isn’t one of them so don’t waste your time here. This hotel is catered towards Germans and Russians. I didn’t meet a single British family at the hotel. Most of those are not friendly and give you daggers and don’t even smile or say hi, which is simple British etiquette. Staff treated non English guest different to me (English speaker)

The food was rank. Was there a week and for 4 of those days I suffered food poisoning. The same food day in day out. Evening shows the same day in day out. Wi-Fi signal was the worst, I couldn’t even watch a simple video on YouTube in my phone as it was that bad and kept disconnecting. My room ac wasn’t working for a few days. Some staff are rude.

The indoor pool was closed for my whole stay. The 18+ pool has kids inside it and the staff would pick and choose who to tell off for bringing their kids to the 18+ pool. I am a bit insecure about my body so I wear a trunks and a t shirt that I only use for swimming. A rude member of staff came up to me and scolded me saying I had ti take my shirt off which is absurd. It’s my swim west and I told him this which he then calmed down but he was rude to me about it, and there’s many guest who wear t shirts in the pool or full coverage swimwear.

Positive - Cleaning staff was nice. Hotel was somewhat clean.
