We stayed at Don Carlos Marbella as a large group of ladies on a tennis trip and it was fantastic from start to finish. The tennis facilities and coaches at the Rafa Nadal Academy were excellent. The staff throughout the resort looked after us so well, handling any issues smoothly and always going the extra mile. The level of service was exceptional.

The resort itself is stunning, the facilities superb, delicious food and the signature scent is absolutely divine. Insider tip: the concierge can send you home with the hotel’s signature fragrance ;-) .

I recently stayed at Hotel Don Carlos and had an excellent experience. The facilities are beautifully maintained, the gardens are stunning, and all the hotel services work seamlessly —from the high-quality, varied breakfast to the leisure areas and overall guest attention.

I want to give a special mention to the wonderful team who truly make a difference: María for her kindness and professionalism, Blas for his impeccable service, Pepi the housekeeper for always keeping the room perfect, and Elías, who makes sure everything runs flawlessly.

All the staffs are extremely warm and kind, always smile and professional. We had a very lovely and happy holidays in the hotel. They have one of the best swimming pools, proper 25m long and depth from 1.5m-3m! They have one of the best tennis training centres in this country, the quality of the tennis facilities is at very high standards. They have a very well organised kids clubs with full of activities. It’s a hidden gem.

What a heavenly place. The staff are all, without exception, 5*. The hotel's restaurant deserves accolades from the best, but to put it simply here, phenomenal food and service. The facilities are second to none with the pool, tennis, gym and beach. Its paradise.

A few special mentions - Libby and Tony in Guest Experience. Isias, Nora and the manager (?name) in Los Naranjos.The kitchen/chef in Los Naranjos - outstanding. And at the Rafa Nadal tennis centre, Samuel, Javi, Maggy. The RNTC is outstanding.

I had a wonderful stay at Don Carlos Marbella. The hotel is truly beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel instantly relaxed. The staff were extraordinary – always attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The food was excellent, offering both variety and quality, with something to please every taste. A highlight of my stay was the spa experience – the Don Carlos Ritual massage was absolutely fabulous, one of the best I’ve ever had.

Overall, Don Carlos Marbella exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and outstanding service.
