Honestly highly recommend it.
The food is excellent and there is plenty of it — everyone can find something they like. Branded alcoholic drinks, cocktails, and more are available without limits.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The guys on roller skates deliver everything incredibly quickly — Ali and Farug are great guys.
There are parties and entertainment every evening.
There are also plenty of attractions for children.
The hotel is very nice, spacious, and comfortable.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5)

We stayed at Dobedan Exclusive Hotel in Belek for 10 nights from 26th May 2026.

The hotel itself is undeniably beautiful, with impressive facilities, well-maintained grounds, multiple swimming pools, water slides, and a wide range of activities available throughout the day. The pools were undoubtedly the highlight of our stay, and our family particularly enjoyed the archery, beach volleyball, water slides, and an excellent hoverboard show. We also appreciated the honeymoon welcome gifts, which were a thoughtful touch.

Unfortunately, there were several aspects of our stay that fell short of expectations for a luxury 5-star resort.

From arrival, there was a noticeable lack of English-speaking staff. While many staff members spoke Russian, German, and other languages, communication in English was often difficult. We received very little information about the hotel's facilities, restaurant times, entertainment schedule, or available services. Apart from a luggage porter pointing us towards general locations, there was very little orientation provided.

It quickly became apparent that the hotel is heavily focused on Russian tourism. During our stay, approximately 95% of guests appeared to be Russian. While this is not an issue in itself, it often felt as though the hotel experience, entertainment, food offerings, and communication were designed primarily with Russian guests in mind. As visitors from the UK, we frequently felt overlooked and found both some staff and fellow guests to be unfriendly and, at times, quite rude.

The food was plentiful and of good quality, but after five or six days it became quite repetitive. Unless you choose to pay extra for one of the excellent à la carte restaurants, meals can start to feel like a continuous buffet cycle, with much of the cuisine catering towards Russian tastes.

Our room was clean and tidy, but it did not feel like the luxury 5-star accommodation advertised. We were located beside a cleaning staff access area, which became noisy from around 7-8am each morning, and the fridge in the room was extremely loud throughout the night.

The evening entertainment was generally well presented, but again seemed geared towards the majority of guests, with very limited information available in English, making some events difficult to follow or fully enjoy.

Overall, we had an enjoyable enough holiday thanks to the excellent pools, activities, and attractive surroundings. However, due to the lack of English-speaking support, repetitive dining experience, and the overall atmosphere, we would not return to this hotel and would be unlikely to choose this area again. There is certainly potential for a fantastic holiday here, but we felt the hotel could do much more to cater for international guests beyond its primary customer base.

Dobedan Hotel Belek (former Alva Donna) is multiple levels down comparing to our previous visits (last was two years ago). Booked Deluxe building: restaurant is closed, pattissery closed (web and app say everything is open), room booked for a family with a child smelled with cigarettes. After change it took the Hotel 5hrs and several reminders to make a bed for a child (late in the evening). None can answer any questions pretending it's none of their business or the policy of the hotel. So sorry, it was such a great experience in the past, and such a disappointment now.

We stayed at Dobedan Exclusive Hotel Belek in the first half of October for 2 weeks. We enjoyed our stay and were satisfied overall. The staff was helpful, though communicating in English was sometimes hard.
We liked the wellness area the most, the Jasmine Spa and Wellness. The representative at the Deluxe was Nana, she was very helpful, friendly and kind, she speaks English well, and she answered all our questions and recommended us great services especially massage options. She was professional ! We both had several appointments and had the same persons providing the massages. They were Sayu and Chinarra. Both were professional and nice.
Another member of the staff I’d like to mention is Melike as she served us several times at the pool and she was very kind and knew our additional requests (for example the extra ice) and was well prepared after the first time so we do not need to ask for these things as she provided them for us when she was in charge.

The only downside of our stay was about meals. The breakfast, the fruits, salads, cold plates, and the cakes and sweets were very delicious, but unfortunately the soups, main courses, fresh grilled thighs were tasteless and overcooked for our taste and expectations. The food was cold a lot of times! The thinly sliced Wellington tenderloin was almost impossible to chew. We could barely unpack the crab from its shell, it fell apart in our hands, we really felt sorry for these noble ingredients.
The boss of the Deluxe restaurant didn’t come to our table in this 2 weeks although he visited others. That made us disappointed.. obviously he didn’t like us 😏😉😁

We stayed at Alva Donna Exclusive Hotel Belek and were absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs. The resort is stunning – lush gardens, crystal-clear pools, and direct access to a clean, sandy beach. Every detail is carefully thought out, and luxury is everywhere.

Our room was spacious, modern, and always spotless. We especially loved the sea view – waking up to that every morning was magical.

The food? Outstanding. So many restaurants with delicious, diverse options – from Turkish specialties to Italian, Asian, and more. And don’t miss the patisserie – it's heaven for dessert lovers! 🧁🍰

There’s something for everyone: kids’ entertainment, live shows, a fantastic spa, and even quiet areas for those looking to relax in peace. The evening shows were world-class – professional, fun, and different every night.

A few tips: book the à la carte restaurants early, bring water shoes for the beach, and take time to enjoy the spa – it’s worth it.

Overall, Alva Donna exceeded our expectations in every way. Whether you're a couple, a family, or traveling with friends – you’ll leave with unforgettable memories. Can’t wait to return!
