One of my best holiday experiences, from start to finish, we booked through 'On the beach' & it was an absolute bargain, what we got and what we paid. The rooms, food and people were lovely. Remember this is a Turkish 5* and not a UK 5* so some people might be disappointed, but not us, food varied and mixed catering for all nationalities. The entertainment was lovely, from discos for kids, don't let that pu5 you off (that stops at 11 on the dot) to people playing classical music in the beautiful lounge. When we go back we will only stay at Diamond Hill. Highly recommended.

This was a very last minute booking and I could not have been happier with the hotel.

The staff were very attentive despite being end of season, the rooms very comfortable, food delicious and a good selection of drinks. The poolside area is clean and ample, and the beach is a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Plenty of sun loungers to go around.

Thank you to everyone at the hotel. Too many people to give a personal thanks to, but very grateful for your hospitality this week.

The staff was really fantastic. They really did their best.
The food was good, a lot of different dishes.
The entertainment was great, they did an amazing job. They were really exciting.
The rooms where okay

Be very careful what you eat there, a lot of people had serious contamination, we spent two nights in a hospital!
Beach area and commute is bad.
Service was more like 3 star hotel not 5.
And if you ever need hospital, don’t go to Anatolia hospital in Alanya, which hotel suggests, that hospital could kill you for money!

All of the staff are great,  especially the animation team and the night manager, the man in the spa was awesome and the hairdresser is amazing. The photographer was a very nice man too.
They are all, always happy to go out of their way to help. Restaurant staff were so lovely. Reception are very helpful if you ever need anything.
Drinks were good.

On my birthday, they put cake and a note in my room, which was a lovely gesture.

Food wasn't so great, for vegetarians, especially and the Turkish night didn't meet my expectation. Other hotels everyone was involved, staff and guests but here it was a show.  Yet, I understand everywhere is different and it's part of the experience.

All in all, great hotel for the price and the staff make it much better.

I did come out of season so maybe in season it would be better.

Rooms have kettles and provide tea, coffee and sugar. Daily refills of mini fridge provided also.

Rooms are also very good.

I will be returning very soon😊
It was a great experience and I left feeling satisfied with my stay.

Hotel itself was okay, staff were okay. Not 5* worthy. Food is horrid- very bland and cold- hubby got food poisoning- later found 3 other guest also got sick same day as my hubby.
Room are okay but beds and pilows are uncomfortable and lumpy.
Spa and Hamam best thing they offer, good prices too. Dila and ReRe did an amazing job- however after ur session- the Hamam owner/in charge tells you, u have lots of issues need 2 more sessions. They say this to everyone to book more sessions.
Beach is okay- not sandy- full of pebbles.
Location of hotel is good surrounded by what u need and town is 15 mins drive away.
Best place to eat near by Omur Paca restaurant.

An amazing hotel!!! Truly five star experience. Amazing food, great location, huge amount of entertainment for everyone from
young to older people. Close to the beach, and the beach area is amazing with a beachbar and snack service. The rooms are clean and get cleaned daily (if you wish so). Definitely recommend and would go again.
