We had the best new year vacation ever in Diamond De Luxe Hotel & Spa. The hotel is new, build in 2020 with modern design and convenient outlets for the guest. The room was immaculately clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was the best we ever had. The variety was exceptional and the quality was uncompromising. We had ultra all inclusive package and we received even more then we expected. There is a dedicated beach with numbers of sun lounges for free and an excellent barbeque beach bar. We will visit again in the near future. I'd like to thanx very much to all hotel staff and the senior management for the best vacation we ever had.

Great hotel with good beach front location and friendly staff. The hotel is new, so all premises are in excellent condition. Rooms are clean and spacious. Pool water was very cold in October. Food offering had diversity. Would highly recommend the photo team and optician - you wont be disappointed!  Very good vacation overall.

This Hotel is nice, it is clean and well maintained. These rooms are large and spacious. The daily cleaning service and supplementary room bar does not always do what it is supposed to do, sometimes it happened that nothing was done. The pool is nice and clean. The beach is sandy, it is close to the hotel, it is clean and cleaned every now and then. Good food but very disturbing covers and food serving by waiters who served meals as they saw fit. All bars in this hotel have fixed menus and fixed opening hours, but the people working in these bars do not speak English at all, which makes communication very difficult. The worst thing that can happen to a tourist and his children in such a hotel are the worst people in the world - animators, who, with their lack of professionalism, deterred from all kinds of activities. The worst guy in the world was playing games with the kids. That was a nightmare!!! The only thing worth mentioning is the pool aerobics guy. The rest could be frightened in Hitchcock's horror films...

Nice, luxurious hotel! Food is amazing! It’s a little overcrowded, but all in all hotel that has everything you need.

Rooms are woooow, very clean! and the service is "ok" people that work at the hotel need to just work on their smiles and the way they respond to their guests (reception staff and restaurant staff) It can really put you off. Many times going into the restaurant and just asking for a drink etc they don't even listen to what you are saying or let you finish they just say ok and walk off... Staff at reception always seem bothered every time you need to ask or require information. This is their job at the end of the day, everyone needs to be more "friendly". The man for customer relations is top 5 star alone just for him as he is friendly and smiles. He makes you feel welcome!.. Food is good but the patisserie (desserts) needs more work on, they all taste the same. The location is nice, Right on the beach but in the middle of nowhere... Which is no bother as we chose this location and knew we wanted to just stay at the resort! But if you stay for more than 3 days it can get VERY boring. There is the pools and excursions! All in all a good place to relax. Very child friendly! I can definitely give them that!... 🫡

Beautiful resort , very clean and well staffed. service is quick, food and dessert are great and drinks are very good. Kids places and activities are are entertaining and fun. would recommend to everyone. .

On of the best hotels that i have been into ... only downside that i experienced was that some of the staff  was not speaking English  very well ... i should say that Adam from entertainment   team  was very nice with is and always smiling and making sure everybody is invited to play.
The hotel was brand new so everything was sparkling clean  and i love that ... the protocol for  covid was respect at all times from the staff. The beach was amazing and clean  and the pull as well. We went for massage and we was also very satisfied from how the staff took care of me and my husband.
