This hotel can really mislead people who are used to traveling and staying in hotels with better services. It truly does not deserve 5 stars. The coffee you get is absolutely awful and undrinkable, the wine in the glass looks as if cups have been rinsed in it, and the plates, dishes, and cutlery are mostly dirty.

In the morning, housekeeping staff enter your room without your request for cleaning service. We were very disappointed, and it really has nothing to do with a 5-star standard. This hotel is more suitable for older guests or perhaps families with children, but not for people who are used to traveling and expect a certain level of quality.

At 2 a.m. in the bar, the waiter prepares iced coffee by pouring milk into the machine and leaving it there until morning — and just to be clear, the machine doesn’t cool it at all, it only blends the coffee with the milk!

We stayed for 5 nights at Diamond De Luxe and enjoyed our stay here. Super clean rooms/common areas, wide selection of food and drinks, and friendly/helpful staff. We will be back for sure!

Great hotel with good beach front location and friendly staff. The hotel is new, so all premises are in excellent condition. Rooms are clean and spacious. Pool water was very cold in October. Food offering had diversity. Would highly recommend the photo team and optician - you wont be disappointed!  Very good vacation overall.

This Hotel is nice, it is clean and well maintained. These rooms are large and spacious. The daily cleaning service and supplementary room bar does not always do what it is supposed to do, sometimes it happened that nothing was done. The pool is nice and clean. The beach is sandy, it is close to the hotel, it is clean and cleaned every now and then. Good food but very disturbing covers and food serving by waiters who served meals as they saw fit. All bars in this hotel have fixed menus and fixed opening hours, but the people working in these bars do not speak English at all, which makes communication very difficult. The worst thing that can happen to a tourist and his children in such a hotel are the worst people in the world - animators, who, with their lack of professionalism, deterred from all kinds of activities. The worst guy in the world was playing games with the kids. That was a nightmare!!! The only thing worth mentioning is the pool aerobics guy. The rest could be frightened in Hitchcock's horror films...

We had the best new year vacation ever in Diamond De Luxe Hotel & Spa. The hotel is new, build in 2020 with modern design and convenient outlets for the guest. The room was immaculately clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was the best we ever had. The variety was exceptional and the quality was uncompromising. We had ultra all inclusive package and we received even more then we expected. There is a dedicated beach with numbers of sun lounges for free and an excellent barbeque beach bar. We will visit again in the near future. I'd like to thanx very much to all hotel staff and the senior management for the best vacation we ever had.
