While the rest of my stay was genuinely pleasant and the hotel amenities were satisfactory, there was a severe and unacceptable issue with the cleanliness of the toilet in my room's bathroom. The hotel's location, common areas, and the general comfort of the room were really good. The staff was professional, and the check-in process was smooth. However, the condition of the toilet in the bathroom was frankly disgusting and completely unacceptable!!!!!!!!

We loved our stay at the hotel. Highlights were the modern decor, the comfy beds and the breakfast buffet. We were two friends travelling together. We shared a room which suited us as we didn’t need to spend much time in the room. We loved the indoor pool and spa (although it would have been nice to have been able to access the sauna / steam in the morning or evening). The hotel is located just off the main road that has lots of bars and restaurants but it is tucked away which makes it feel more secluded than it is. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is really a Diamant. The best relation of what you pay for what you get. The food at the buffets is really extraordinary.

The staff is very nice with all the guest and all of them look very happy to work at this hotel.

This Hotel is a really nice hotel to stay in when you want to visit Cala Ratjada. I was there with a group of girls in summer 2022 after our graduation.  The rooms are clean, bright and have everything you need. A little fridge, enough space for two suitcases a little sofa and a good sized bathroom. Even though we booked the rooms that weren’t renovated everything was modern and pretty. The food was awesome, the buffet has different choices and contains many dices for vegetarians and even vegans. I was more than impressed. Even though we only booked breakfast and dinner we weren’t hungry throughout the day because of the variations of sweet and savoury dishes. The pool had the perfect size and was never too full. Sometimes you can be part of aqua gym or play volleyball. The location is perfect. You can reach the bay and beach in 10 minutes and there are many locations to party when you go left to the harbour.

We had a fantastic stay at the Diamant Hotel. I have only good things to say about this hotel. Breakfast was the highlight; each time, the service was excellent. I was particularly impressed by Mohammad, the egg man. He was always on top of his game. Mr. Steven warmly welcomed us and kept checking in with us during our stay. Every member of the staff is working their best to make guests' experience pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel in Cala Rajada!

I was here for a week with my family and we're definitely going next year too. I would recommend that you go to the newer rooms because they were very modern and well designed and because the other part of the hotel is a little outdated. Other than that it is very obvious that this hotel was renovated in 2019 because of the nice and modern furniture and design. All of the staff were very friendly, the only problem being that our room wasn't cleaned very well. The location of the hotel leaves nothing to be desired. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the nearest supermarket is also 5 minutes away. Going downtown takes about 10 minutes and there are also beautiful locations for hiking or biking not far away. Overall the location is very good because it is in a calmer area but you can go to the beach or downtown in almost no time. I also liked that everything was very clean and not overcrowded (f.e both of the pools) this really helps you relax and also makes it feel a bit more luxurious. The food was also very tasty and it didn't get repetitive or boring. There was always a great selection of food  (some already sat for a while) but almost all of it was great and there was something for every taste. Overall this was one of the best hotels i have been to and the island itself is very beautiful and in no way only a party- location. 9/10 would definitely recommend.

It is located in a quiet area, but very close to the shopping area and some of the best beaches on the north-east coast of Mallorca.
