We had an amazing stay at this quiet, biotropical paradise! The seaplane transfer was an unforgettable experience, and from the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and super friendly .Staying in a water villa was pure bliss—waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping straight into the crystal-clear water was unforgettable. The island is peaceful but full of fun activities. Scuba diving and snorkeling were highlights—the underwater life is stunning, and the water sports team made everything so easy and enjoyable.

The food was delicious, and the beachfront restaurant perfectly captured that relaxed, sandy island vibe. There are also beautiful spots for sunset walks, lounging, and just soaking in the serenity.

Overall, it’s a perfect mix of luxury, adventure, and relaxation. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience a true tropical escape!

I recently stayed at Dhigufaru Island Resort and overall had a wonderful experience. The beaches around the island were absolutely stunning — crystal-clear water and soft white sand everywhere you went. The food was very good and offered plenty of variety, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. The rooms were large, bright, and very comfortable.

If I had to mention a few things that could be improved, I’d say the room cleaning could be a bit more thorough. The bed linen was changed regularly, but the bathroom wasn’t always properly cleaned. It would also be great to have one more towel available, since there was only one for the shower.

Dinner on the terrace in the evening was a lovely experience with a great atmosphere, but it was sometimes a bit too dark — a bit more lighting would make it perfect.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing island gateway!

We have had the MOST AMAZING stay at Dhigufaru Island Resort. We travel a lot but we have never experienced such outstanding service! The island is very beautiful and very natural - the scenery is simply stunning. But what was even more stunning was the whole stuff! All of them are so organized, kind and helpful that we really had a hard time to leave. The service at the restaurant is amazing - Ankit, Akhil and Prashanth are just some of them who made every meal special! And also Mary - our private service manager from the front office - did an amazing job!
So we really want to say thank you to the whole Dhigufaru Team - keep doing such a great job! Our stay was amazing and we will definitely be back one day! ❤️

An Unforgettable Maldives Experience!

We spent 11 nights and 12 days at Dhigufaru Island Resort in Baa Atoll, and it was truly a dream vacation! From the moment we landed at Velana International Airport and boarded our Manta Air seaplane, everything felt like a movie scene. The view from the sky ,those turquoise lagoons and tiny islands  was absolutely breathtaking.

Our first three nights were in the Sangu Villa (Presidential Suite), which came with a private pool, a sauna room, and a beautiful honeymoon setup that made our arrival extra special. The villa was spacious, clean, and luxurious in every detail.

After that, we moved to the Sunset Water Villa for the next nine days .The view of the ocean and sunsets from our deck was unreal. We even watched the rain from our balcony one evening, and it felt so peaceful.

The food at the resort was top-notch, with a great variety ; Indian, Arabic, Thai, Chinese, and more. The buffet options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were always fresh and flavorful.

The activities were amazing — we went on a dolphin cruise, snorkeling, and kayaking. The staff even helped arrange a romantic candlelight dinner, which turned out to be one of the most memorable evenings of our trip.

The hospitality deserves a special mention — every single staff member was warm, polite, and eager to make our stay perfect. Housekeeping and room service were excellent, and the pool bar was always lively with DJ nights and karaoke evenings

Overall, Dhigufaru Island Resort made our Maldives trip unforgettable. Everything  from the seaplane ride to the last goodbye  was magical.
Highly recommended for honeymooners, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful luxury getaway in the Maldives! 💙

Island is beautiful, staff is also polite and professional.
But few things can be improved
1. Food options for vegetarian with better taste.
2. Complementary water activities for beginners as well.
3. Making things available on time like water and electrical items which are part of room service. As reminding multiple times is a frustrating process.

Our stay at Dhigufaru Resort, Maldives was truly unforgettable! The island is breathtaking, with clear waters and beautiful villas. The food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our holiday perfect.
