From the minute we stepped foot into Delphin Ribat Hotel, everybody was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We felt comfortable straight away, and the warm hospitality made such a lovely first impression. 😊
The weather during our stay was absolutely perfect :sunny, warm, and ideal for relaxing by the sea. ☀️ The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beach, which made everything easy and enjoyable. Being able to walk to the beach so quickly was a huge plus for us. 🌊🏝️
There was always something fun to do during the day. We tried so many activities including water aerobics, darts, and yoga, and it made the holiday even more enjoyable. 😊 A special thank you to Zambala, who was incredibly helpful, energetic, and encouraging throughout our stay. He always motivated us to join the activities and made sure everyone was having fun.🙌✨
The food was amazing from start to finish. Every meal had lots of choice, and we loved being able to try something different every time. 😋
Overall, we had an amazing experience and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, excellent location, fun activities, delicious food .We made wonderful memories here and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️🌴
A true 5-star experience for us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

On arrival at the hotel, everything seemed lovely. The Reception staff were great and polite. I’ve got taken to my room which was lovely and spacious with a sea view.
The food I must say was great, I didn’t indulge in the all inclusive drinks not my thing but the coffee was great.
What I didn’t like about the hotel is the pushy staff as soon as you got there to go into the spa and to book the excursions.
I did book the spa on the first day, biggest mistake. They completely overcharged me, The spa was filthy. The steam room was all clogged and I was burning my feet on the floor. As the water wouldn’t drain, The staff left me in there for about 25 minutes, which is very dangerous.
I was then sent to the relaxation room.
I didn’t even want to sit down on the red mat, it was absolutely Disgustingly dirty.
I was then taken for my Massage In which I would rate that a 5 out of 10.
I also Booked an excursion on a boat, Which was just really boring.
The biggest Problem this hotel has is the management. The cleaning staff are overworked. This is why it’s not up to speck with the cleaning.
I was only there for a week,
I smacked my face off a wall which should be taped warning as it’s jerked out at one side, just as you come out of the bar area.
I did ask for this to be put into an accident book but they didn’t really seem to know I was talking about??? My head is still sore 2 weeks later, I should have went to the hospital but they didn’t seam too concerned!
One woman had broke her ankle as she slipped on a towline Matt at the door entrance and went flying, why that was on the marble floor ? god only knows ?
Another girl had broke her wrist again falling A teenager girl had smacked her face off the marble floors, she had the biggest black eye . The floors were so Slippery due to them spraying some sort of chemical on the floor and dry mopping it. I’m not even joking when I said it was like an ice rink in some places.
There was another guy who got electric shocks with the hairdryer in the bathroom.
Health and safety need to be going to this hotel and sorting the place out.
The pool area was nice & the entertainment team were fantastic, but wear armour on entering this hotel at your own risk!

You get what you pay for, this may have been a four star hotel 20 years ago but I would say it is 3 star at best. The staff are very good, the food was ok. There is plenty to choose from. The snack bar only serves fresh pizza. The beach is just across the road, the beach is very dirty with litter everywhere. The hotel has a section roped off, which is clean but you need to go trough the dirty area 1st. There is not a lot to do in the area, so unless yu want to sit by the pool or on the beach all day this place is not for you. The rooms were very clean and made up every day. Although the place is very dated and quite a lot of the hotel is not used it is clean.

Do not go to Tunisia. Honestly this country has completely given up on its self. We stayed at the Delphin HABIB in Monistir and wow. The animation team barring a couple of them are full on alcoholics the young blonde girl was the only one I know isn’t. They hover around guests for alcohol constantly asking them to go get them beer or whiskey. We left the resort twice the entire trip. There wasn’t a single complete side walk and you could not move for rubbish not to mention the smell everywhere and human waste in the sea. When we left the resort once we went for food at a recommended ‘from another guest’ restaurant around the corner from resort which was nice and we went shopping to which we were followed by thieves and constantly pestered. If I could give zero stars I would. Electrical black outs everyday bad hygiene and shocking air conditioning. Tbh felt like it wasn’t even on. Avoid

Only positive is The kitchen manager was very polite & helpful when issues with cats in the restaurant's who are free to roam the hotel ground floor area. The cleaners helpful and polite.NEGATIVE - Hotel rooms aircons are rubbish do not work, so hot & sweaty, NO FANS, no kettles, make horrible generator sound, food meat is not cooked properly, PINK meatballs and chciken, I fell sick 2nd day , lack of labels to know contents. Reception staff lack English & aren’t useful/ rude reception managers. Mixed witb locals you get looked at funny if not dressed to their “religion” even though it’s a resort. “Snack bar” is pancakes and under cooked pizza. Loud music all day long in pool area. . This hotel should be 3 star is lucky. Beach was lovely but definitely over rated. Would never return to this hotel. Only come here for a cheap getaway.
