Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a wide variety of food, so everyone can find something they like.

One disappointment was the drinks. Only local alcoholic beverages are served, and they don’t even offer Baileys. This was surprising because we’ve been vacationing in similar hotels in Turkey for years, and this is the first time we’ve experienced that.

The Wi-Fi works well in the bars and most public areas of the hotel. However, the connection in our room was very poor, and on our balcony it was practically unusable.

We had a sea view room with a beautiful view of both the sea and the aqua park, which we really enjoyed.

Th staff deserve special praise. The employees in the restaurants, as well as the bars in the lobby, by the pool, and on the beach, were all outstanding—always friendly, professional, and happy to help. Their excellent service made our stay much more enjoyable.

Housekeeping could definitely be improved. The room cleaning wasn’t as thorough as expected, especially considering we tipped the housekeeping staff twice during our stay.

Another thing we noticed was that some rooms received complimentary beach bags with the hotel’s logo, while others didn’t. We couldn’t understand the reason for this inconsistency, as all guests should be treated equally.

Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, but there are a few areas that could be improved to make the guest experience even better.

Fantastic hotel second time visiting for our wedding anniversary. Staff are amazing especially Kaan at guest relations and Ramazan in Irish Bar. Veysel in the roller team kept us hydrated all day long. Food is out of this world and the whole site is immaculately clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Delphin Platinum was excellent. The reception staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, whether it was check-in, hotel information, or handling small requests.

Service was top-notch throughout our entire stay – from housekeeping to the restaurants to the pool and entertainment team, everything ran smoothly. We felt welcome from the first day to the last.

We came to this hotel for a holiday and love it a lot. It is very clean, has the best views, and the best service ever. The workers are the kindest and most caring people ever. These employees especially have shown us the most respect; Faruk Aslan, Hūseyin Aslan,Dogan Aslan ,Orhan Kaygisiz, Zekeriya sezer, Metin gümürcü, Yasin çinpolat, Ufuk Kocaçolak, Murat Şencan,mahmut yavuz durmaz, Ramazan efe ispir, Tisna Arianti and ibrahim batmaz.Definitely consider this hotel if youre in Alanya.

A great place with various attractions for the entire family. Delicious food, variety of local and international dishes . Energetic animation team,  very clean in all parts of the hotel. Polite staff who will address all the questions you might have. A good quality of Wi-Fi connection in all parts of the hotel, beach included.
