Short review. Amazing hotel and facilities. Don’t think you will find better service around. One thing which can’t be fixed - no beach - fully pebble/stone. So factor that based on your preference. Finally, vegetarian options for lunch and dinner buffets lacks imagination- basically various cooked vegetables! (No views of the ocean from the restaurants). Great selection of water slides for a hotel- 6-7 varied and long slides.

We stayed from August 6th to 16th, 2025, and had a truly wonderful holiday. The hotel is beautiful, with palm trees, great pools and a lovely atmosphere. The food and drinks were excellent, offering plenty of variety and quality every day.

What made our stay really special was the staff – always friendly, professional and helpful, from reception to the restaurant, bar and animation team. A special thank you goes to bartender Ilayda, who made us feel extra welcome with her kindness and service.

Overall, it was an unforgettable stay with perfect service. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this hotel!

WARNING: ORGANIZED MEDICAL SCAM - DANGER TO YOUR CHILDREN AND YOUR HEALTH
I am writing this to warn all families, especially those with children. Our son had a minor foot injury on the beach. We went to the hotel doctor just for disinfection and band aide. The physician exaggerated the situation, said the boy needs to be seen by a hospital physician to make a shot of tetanus vaccine and possibly apply some stitches. He convinced that everything is organized, no worries, they will take care of everything including transportation. It was an ambulance car. At the clinic, I learned that the clinic was private.   They charged us 600 Euros for a single tetanus vaccine and a poorly applied band aide. They wouldn't even give me information about the vaccine, let alone a sticker, if I didn't specifically asked and insisted to get a packaging from it. I discovered it was a simple tetanus booster that would have cost us in our country 45 Euro including the nurse injection work. The doctor administered it without the Tetanus-Immunoglobulin serum, which is medically required for a new vaccination. This means the 600 Euro 'treatment' was medically inappropriate and left our son unprotected, endangering his health. Transportation back was in a regular minivan and we waited for 40 min to collect about 8 other patients - they were dropped at 4 different resorts. This is not an isolated incident; it is an organized operation. They can rest assured authoritative bodies will be notified of our case.
I just hope this won't happen to other guests who still decides to go to Delphin Botanic Platinum hotels/resorts.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Large and busy hotel, rooms were cleaned, we had a side room which the balcony was not that large but was just right for us as we don’t really sit out there.

Had 6 pools all catered for some had its own bar and if not then the staff would come around getting you drinks.

Breakfast and lunch was a bit repetitive but evening meals were themed which was good, we did not know about the food stations out. Side so check them out.

We did not try the restaurants due to young children not liking the food there. Tip get the App to book the restaurant reservation there can be a long queue in the morning.

Entertainment was good just confusing at times were and what is going on at the pools, the entertainment team, App and the information board needs to be more understanding just do it, 1 week at a time rather than 2?

They had a few afternoon party’s which were not good? One was a sweet party with people pushing and shoving to get sweets that they would probably not eat? Waste of food? Everything should have been bagged ready and given to guests. 2nd was a seafood party on the pier which  was looking forward to went there the was just 2 fish dishes and that was it? Very poor.

Staff were great for serving drinks food and all other things.

My only 3 things I did not like?
1. I get up early and I could not get a hot drink in room cue to noise and the hotel due to them not open, the only place was on the beach bar which is a walk from the hotel.

2. The bar by the mini disco and fair was busy from 19:00-21:30, the bar did not open until 20:00 which is no good, also they did not have enough staff to serve the amount of guests that were there. Big queues

3. The games room was 25€ for 12 credits and every game was 2€ per game, from an all inclusive hotel if they were 1€ then you would spend more in there? Bowling was 9€ per person thats expensive.

Overall the hotel was excellent and would highly recommend this and would come back one day.

We came as a family of 8 for 8 nights. Absolutely beautiful hotel, great food, very hard working staff, everything absolutely spotless. So many things to do and see, we didn't even manage to explore everything in 8 days. So many pools and slides, entertainment for children and adults.
Nothing ever seemed overcrowded because of how large the area is.
They give their all heart to make your holiday unforgettable ♥️
