Things To Keep In Mind

We stayed at the hotel for a week.
First of all, we tried to contact the hotel the day before our arrival to arrange an early check-in. Unfortunately, it was impossible to reach the hotel by phone — both before and during our stay. They only respond via internet communicators.

The rooms are renovated, but not completely. The bathrooms are old. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms or rooms, and there is a noticeable sewage smell. The entrance doors are not airtight — there are literally holes in them.

Room cleaning is at a very good level.

The food, however, is very poor. There is a lot of it, but everything tastes the same and lacks flavor. On the positive side, we had no stomach problems during our stay. A major downside is the quality of the coffee in the restaurants — it is drinkable only in the café. In all other places, the coffee is terrible. The restaurant staff at lunch and dinner are only concerned with clearing tables; during the entire stay, we were asked only once if we wanted something to drink.

The drinks (cocktails) are of good quality.

A major negative point is the parties held at the hotel until 11:30 p.m. The rooms are not soundproofed, the windows and entrance doors are not sealed, which makes it impossible to sleep before 11:30 p.m. We were traveling with an infant, who had trouble falling asleep — and so did I.

It is incomprehensible that beach towels must be taken from the rooms; they are not available on the beach.

The pool water is not heated. The temperature displayed on the board does not reflect reality — it showed 26°C, but in fact it was 21°C. The water is too cold for children; the sea was warmer — about 25–26°C.

The à la carte restaurants are a joke — in reality, they serve the same dishes to everyone. Only the seafood restaurant is worth recommending. The service there is excellent — they serve what they have, and they do it very well.

This is not a five-star hotel — three stars at best.

In conclusion — I do not recommend this hotel. The price does not match the quality.

You should visit this place if you want to have a great vacation.

First of all the rooms were amazing, clean, and had good daily cleaning

The main restaurant is good with variations for everyone they change something every day, food tastes so good.

The snack pool is great also, tasty and beautiful handmade food in the morning

The beach restaurant has amazing spaghetti and burgers 24h open

So let’s say you can eat anything when you want

The beach is clean and nice and you can always find somewhere to sit and at the pool too clean water

There are 4 bars the main one is open 24 hours They have all the drinks you want and good cocktails. And some good cakes and ice cream, but at the garden bar you may wait a few minutes at the time of the party.

The staff is nice and friendly maybe the nicest staff in all whole Turkey, they will do everything you want even if they can't speak English,

The only downthing a few bartenders can’t make good cocktails or know some famous cocktails it’s not a big problem because they are just a few.

The reception staff are also so kind,

Parties are good not amazing but they are good enough.

At the end special thanks to that bartender  Marco he is the best, he is so kind and friendly wish said goodbye to him but I didn’t meet him on the last day.

How you dare not to rate 5 stars ?! It's absolutely paradise. I had a 10 night's holiday here with my 2 daughters and spouse. Everything is simply perfect! My grate gratitude to All hotel stuff from the reception desk to room keepers, from restaurant waiters to bar assistance, animators, everyone! Hopefully I will be able to come again 🙏.

When I wanted to order and pay for a transfer service, I was flatly refused because such services are only available if you book a room directly with them rather than through Booking.com. With this level of service, I wouldn’t even stop there for a coffee.

⭐ Crystal Flora Beach Resort Review

I rarely leave reviews, but this time I feel it’s important to share our experience so future guests know what to expect.
This was our second stay at Crystal Flora Beach, and I could clearly see some changes since our previous visit.

Overall impression: a nice hotel with good potential, but unfortunately the quality of service and entertainment has gone down compared to before.

🥗 Food – ★★★★☆

The food in the main restaurant is fresh and tasty, with a good selection overall. However, note that the hotel does not serve seafood or sushi, which many other 5* hotels in Turkey do.
The snack bar by the main pool offers the same food daily, which can get repetitive.
We didn’t try the Fish à la carte restaurant, so can’t comment on that.

🍸 Drinks – ★★★★★

Very good variety of drinks. Only a few bartenders actually know how to make proper cocktails, but I want to give special thanks to Serdar, who always went above and beyond with his service and attitude.

🌴 Territory – ★★★★☆

The grounds are not huge but are well maintained and clean.
The beach and pier, however, really need maintenance and updating. Also, there’s no access for buggies or wheelchairs – only stairs lead to the beach.

🏠 Rooms & Housekeeping – ★★★★★

We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room, which was spacious, modern, and spotless.
Housekeeping was excellent – rooms were cleaned daily and to a very high standard.

💆‍♀️ Spa

Highly recommend the massage therapist Nanda from Bali – she’s truly amazing and professional.

♿ Accessibility – ★★☆☆☆

Unfortunately, the hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users or families with buggies. It’s difficult to access several key areas such as reception, beach, and beach bar due to multiple stairs and lack of ramps.

🎭 Animation & Entertainment – ★★☆☆☆

This was quite a disappointment.
During our previous visit (two years ago), the animation team was lively and engaging, with fun activities, great shows, and a fantastic atmosphere.
This time, especially in early October, there were only a few evening shows and mainly live music at the pool bar. It felt like the animation team had completely disappeared.

⚽ Activities

The volleyball court needs attention – most of the sand is gone, and hard concrete is exposed, which makes it unsafe for players.

🚑 Medical Services

The hotel doctor charges €165 for a simple consultation/examination, which is an unreasonably high price.
Also, be aware that the doctor only works with certain insurance companies, so make sure you have your own reliable travel insurance before coming.

⚠️ Incident Handling

Unfortunately, my 14-year-old son had an accident on the waterslides, when another guest collided with him, causing him to hit the pool bottom, bleed, and break his teeth.
I asked Guest Relations for an incident report to submit to our insurance company. Despite visiting the reception multiple times, I was told repeatedly to come back later. In the end, I was informed that no report could be given, nor could they sign a simple statement confirming the event.
This lack of care and responsibility from the management was extremely disappointing and added unnecessary stress to an already upsetting situation.

💬 Final Thoughts

Crystal Flora Beach can be a pleasant 4+* resort if you’re looking for clean rooms, good drinks, and a nice atmosphere.

My honest advice:
✅ Enjoy the food, drinks, and relaxation.
⚠️ Bring strong travel insurance.
🙅‍♀️ Don’t rely on hotel management if any issues arise.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Crystal Flora Hotel. From the very first moment at the reception, we were warmly welcomed by a gentleman (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) who assisted us with great care and attention — a big thank you to him!
I believe the real key to this hotel’s success lies in its management and staff. They are all incredibly hardworking and always greet you with a smile, which makes a huge difference.
As for the hotel itself, it offers every comfort you could wish for, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
