We had a fantastic stay at the Cosmeen Lifestyle Boutique Hotel.  Convenient to town along the waterfront as well as the old town.
Maria, the hotel manager was wonderful and gracious. She informed us of restaurants and sights to see and visit.
The hotel staff were amazing as well, very friendly and courteous.  The breakfast was exceptional and delicious too.
Our room was a large suite with balcony facing the front side of hotel and another facing the beautiful landscaped pool area.  Overall it was a perfect stay.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. This is not just a hotel; it's an absolute oasis of luxury and tranquility on the Crete coast. The entire experience was seamless, and much of that credit goes to the phenomenal staff, particularly Maria, the manager. Maria is the heart and soul of this establishment. She greeted us with genuine warmth and managed to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them. Whether it was a personalized dinner recommendation, arranging a private excursion, or simply stopping to chat and ensure our stay was perfect, Maria’s dedication to guest satisfaction is truly remarkable- decorating the room and arranging the birthday cake by the pool for my wife was just spectacular! Her professionalism, combined with her friendly and approachable demeanor, sets an incredibly high standard for the entire team.
Our Penthouse Room with Outdoor Jacuzzi & Sea View was breathtaking. It was spacious, impeccably decorated with a chic, modern Mediterranean style, and offered an incredible view. The amenities were top-tier—a supremely comfortable bed, a luxurious bathroom, and a private jacuzzi, expansive terrace that became our favorite spot for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Housekeeping was meticulous and prompt, ensuring our room felt fresh and welcoming. The restaurant offered exquisite Greek and international cuisine, with fresh, local ingredients taking center stage. The breakfast was the most lavish spread we have ever seen, featuring everything from traditional pastries to made-to-order specialties and delivered straight to our room at the desired time. This spot is perfect!! 2 min walk away from main strip, the room (penthouse) was impeccable, and the included breakfast basket every day is such a treat. Gluten free and vegan options too!
The best part though is hands down the service and staff. The manager Maria was unbelievably welcoming, as was all the staff! Elena, Julia, and of course the main chef Eva were such a joy to be around. They truly went above and beyond for us - it was our honeymoon, however something tells me they treat all their guests like that.
Can't wait to come back someday! ☺️

Stayed at this boutique hotel with my husband for a week. It’s very compact, fresh, and modern. Manager Maria was so nice and helpful, as were the rest of the staff. They even arranged a lovely cake for my husband’s birthday! 🥰 I absolutely loved their breakfast concept- they customize your breakfast basket, and you can use an app to order it to your room if you feel a bit tired in the morning.
The hotel is in a great location: close to supermarkets and the seaside, yet far enough from the main strip of restaurants and pubs to avoid the big noise.
The only improvement needed would be the temperature of the pool water — it was 🥶

Everything about this hotel was perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the food was delicious. A special shout-out to Maria, the manager.. she was absolutely wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. If you need anything, she’s the one to go to! Truly a five-star experience from start to finish.
