Stayed at the hotel twice and from the first moment I walked in, I noticed the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the staff. My son remarked upon how diligent and warmth the hotel staff are. All our requests are met straight away. And the food is simply delicious. And the views of the sea from my hotel room balcony were amazing! We will definitely return!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Everything was well thought out—from the clean, comfortable rooms with bathrobes to the pool towels and generous welcome drinks.

Book directly on their website and you’ll even get an extra free drink at the bar!

Each evening featured delicious and varied meals, with fresh fish and plenty of options to enjoy. Drink prices at dinner were also reasonable.
The staff were incredibly professional and made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

We’ll definitely be coming back and will happily recommend this hotel to our friends!

What a fantastic hotel. We are still here until the 27th and can honestly say it's been lovely.
From the minute we walked into reception, the beautiful smell hit us, and then we were greeted by the lovely receptionist who gave us a glass of bubbly each whilst he checked us in. We had booked a sea view room but had emailed asking to be upgraded to a suite. Unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate us, which was a bit disappointing, but we understood. Our room was on the fifth floor, and we were blown away with the sea view. What a view to wake up to every day! The rooms were a good size and kept immaculately clean by the wonderful  cleaners. The location is spot on, you walk out and are on the beach, which is one of the nicest beaches we have been  to.
We are staying bed and breakfast, and we can't fault the breakfast  options, great variety, all fresh daily. The staff have all been wonderful, very pleasant, and can not do enough for you. Whilst here it has been our sons birthday, on the morning of his birthday, the staff had decorated the breakfast table and he was greeted with all the breakfast staff singing Happy Birthday with a cake and a bottle of bubbly. What a lovely touch.
The pool area is clean and tidy but we gave found the sunbeds are all very close together, and most people put their umbrellas up all day so you have to choose carefully if you want to be in the sun. We have also noticed that alot of people are up very early ( starting around 6am) putting their towels on the beds. That being said, there have always been spare beds. Some people put 3 towels down on 3 beds for 2 people then leave them all day without showing up until late afternoon for an hour.
The indoor pool area is brilliant, pool, plunge pool, steam, sauna, and jacuzzis. There is also a really good gym and a spa area.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.

Lovely clean modern hotel unfortunately let down by poor customer service and lack of understanding and initiative from receptionist team.

Firstly I would like to emphasise the negative experience we had was only with the receptionist team of Nadine and Grit. The restaurant and cleaning staff were lovely and had we had amazing interactions with them during our 5 night stay.

My partner and myself stayed here for 5 nights and had booked a "Double Standard Room with Side sea view" upon checking in we found that we had twin beds in our room and not a double bed or large singular mattress as expected. I visited reception and asked for the bed to be changed or for us to be moved room but was told that as it was late they could only get something arranged for the following morning. The following morning we were told that we would have to wait another night before being moved to a room with a double bed. I emphasised that as a couple on holiday we didn't want to sleep in separate beds but I was told there is nothing they could do, apparently they only had 4 rooms of the same specification fitted with double beds which I found very surprising given the size of the hotel - 9 floors with 5 rooms on each level that have side sea view specification - so out of a total of 45 rooms only 4 of these are equipped with a double bed the rest have twin beds?? We were told our only options were either we pay to upgrade to a junior suite or they try and accommodate us in a separate sister hotel. We ultimately changed rooms in the afternoon of day 3 and finally secured a double bed.

When checking in we were made aware of the late checkout options the hotel offered and were told this could be arranged at anytime. Early in the morning of our final day we requested a late checkout, our flight was in the evening so a few hours extra in the room would have been really nice. When requested however we were refused and told it would not be possible not even for an extra hour, we had to leave the room at 11am. When questioned why it was not possible we were not given any answers, there was zero customer service present during this exchange with cold hospitality and a total lack of understanding, common sense and initiative thinking by the staff. Why offer late check out and then refuse when requested?.

Overall our short stay was really hindered by these exchanges and it's not what customers deserve when paying the money to come to relax. - All issues could have been easily resolved and handled far better.

Flew out sept 3rd 2025 still here till September 10th.1st class staff can't do enough for you  frontal sea view  6th floor sea is rumbling just now great  sound of seagot booked for next year may jet 2from glasgow

The hotel and all staff are wonderful. We have had a fantastic holiday. As it is not a huge complex everything just seems more relaxed, restaurant, pool etc. Loved my early health club fix ( steam, sauna & jacuzzi ) after watching the beautiful sunrise!. As a family we agreed that we might come back to this hotel another year as Cala Millor itself is truly special too.
Thank you also for looking after us for our 15th wedding anniversary evening on our last night!

We had a fantastic stay at CM Playa del Moro, which, by the way, has best beaches in Cala Millor.
From the moment you arrive, Lucas welcomes you warmly, and at reception, you are greeted by Álvaro, who provides truly outstanding service.
In the restaurant, people like John, Alejandro, Raysa, and Paola go above and beyond to enhance your experience, making every meal a real pleasure. They genuinely pamper you and clearly go the extra mile to give their very best. I also had lovely massages by Rosalinda and Cristina.
And let’s not forget the lady who cleans the rooms—every morning it was a delight to head down for breakfast and see Leila arrive with a smile and the best attitude, always leaving our room spotless.
Honestly, my husband and I feel that the hotel is a wonderful place to relax, and what truly elevates it is the remarkable quality and warmth of its staff.
