Perfect place for a small sunny break in October. The apartment was clean and spacious, very well equiped for self catering. The only downside were the old spring matresses, they were awful and we barely slept. Reception and restaurant people were very friendly, however one of the bartender ladies could have been friendlier and nicer.
The beach is about 15-20 minutes walk away but I promise it is worth it, views are amazing.

I've stayed at this hotel in September for a family holiday. The location is great, only about 15 min walking from the beach. One of the big down side for us was the very late check-in. We arrived at the hotel around 11AM after a long flight and a very tired 3 years old  being awake since 3 AM, and the check-in starts at 4PM, that was not ideal. So I wouldn't recommend it for a family holiday with small childrens. Another disappointment was the food; sometimes was uncooked and not many choices, pretty much the same every day.
We've stayed in a studio apartment, good size with a small kitchen and appliances available. However the internet was not available there unfortunately where is much needed when you're on holiday.
Therefore, overall I would give it 3 star.

I'm certainly pleased with the hotel's efforts to maintain order, but... This hotel is located in a residential courtyard. And the management is completely oblivious to this and shows no regard for their neighbors. For days, weeks, months, and years, we listen to the hum of tree trimmers, lawn mowers, garden vacuums, and so on. Instead of doing this in an organized and one-time manner, it continues year-round. It's simply a travesty when you live nearby. Furthermore, this hotel dumps all its trash in the dumpsters intended for residents of the buildings. As a result, our courtyards are constantly littered with trash due to overflowing bins.

Lovely place if for a couple of niggles. No air con in our room! A big one this as it was 30+deg C every day and didnt go below 18 at night some nights it was 24. So we had to freeze a pan of water in the freezer, then stand it in front of a fan to cool us down. 2nd niggle was the rules in the pool, we arrived Monday then on Tuesday through Thursday we were in the pool twice a day, 9/10am and 6/7pm, both children had inflatable rings, no problem but on Friday suddenly it became a problem, and the security said the inflatable was too big. We complained at reception and they said it on the rules of the pool, and if one person did, then everyone would and it'd be too packed in the pool. But the rules on the wall just said not to use inflateables as they give false sense of security (there's no life guards at the pool). Then other people got told the same thing, and others complained too.
There is a kids club, but ours are now apparently too old so decided not use it, it was closed every time we went past. Club Jumbo looked good, activities all day, but that's only for French People. Otherwise a very nice place!

We just enjoyed the pool and some of the support services.!
The staff were super attentive and very helpful.!

Clean and well-signposted bathrooms and access points.!
Main meals, buffet style, with little variety, and affordable prices.!!

It is a nice hotel with beautiful decor. It has an extremely modern feel to it with bright colours and clean lines.
The rooms are basic but a decent size, clean and very comfortable. With a nice bright and airy feel. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms but there are drinks available 24hrs at the reception. The staff were all so warm and friendly very welcoming. There is also free parking. Over all I would definitely use this hotel again.

Walking on the beach, read a magazine on the terrace or simply stroll through the typical Algarve streets. Enjoy a pleasant stay, with many options of entertainment, cuisine and landscape offered by the region. Located just a few metres from the gorgeous Praia da Rocha, in the middle of the Algarve, the principal tourist destination in the country.
