First, the good: The hotel area looks nice and clean. There is a beautiful boulevard of palm trees and the whole garden and pool area looks beautiful. I think that the food was alright. Not everything tasted good, but many things did. They filled up fresh water in the minibar daily. The playgrounds are nice for kids. There were always enough free recliners at the pool and beach. The beach was really nice. A bit rocky, but no problem with beach shoes. Mustafa from the reception was friendly. Alanya is beautiful! All in all, we had a good time, but not because of the hotel, but despite the hotel.

Now, the bad:
- We booked and paid for 4 people. Our youngest child is 6! We got a room only for 3 people. 3 beds, 3 pillows, 3 blankets. We asked for another set at the reception for 4 days in a row, until we gave up.
- The AC in the room doesn't work
- The bathroom is full of mold.
- What animation are you all talking about? Dinner is at 18:30, then at 20:00 there's a silly kid's movie that they just turn off without warning before it ends, and animation doesn't start before 10PM. Well, me and my kids wanted to go to bed at 10 PM. There's literally nothing to do with kids between 7 and 10PM. But then at 10PM the music gets so loud that nobody can sleep.
- I don't have a problem with Russians, but the staff speaks Russian only it seems. Everybody spoke in Russian to me. When I asked staff members something in English, they answered with "Sto?"
- literally everything has to be paid extra for.
- dirty toilets in the common areas.

We stayed with our family for 7 nights and were very satisfied. The first thing that stood out was the cleanliness – the surroundings were constantly being cleaned, and everything was spotless, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel grounds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was varied and delicious, and I had the best baklava I’ve ever tasted! The kids loved the foam parties and discos. The hotel has its own beach, which is very close – just perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Heaven Family & Spa Hotel in Alanya!
The pool area is lovely — comfortable loungers and a great atmosphere to relax.
It would be even better if the music spot for the DJ was moved to the main pool area, not near the kids’ pool with the water slides.
I got to know quite a few staff members, and most of them (especially the guys) were super friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.
I also tried the hammam and massage, which were nice and relaxing.
The DJ and live music evenings were definitely the highlights — fun, lively, and full of good energy!
Just a small note — Wi-Fi is not free and costs €2 per day per device.
Overall, it’s a lovely place for a relaxing holiday. We really enjoyed our time there and honestly didn’t want to leave!

We liked the hotel, a nice place for any contingent. Very good service, the rooms are all clean and the territory is clean. Our room is very comfortable.
We were also pleased with the animation team, aqua aerobics and volleyball are our favorite activities.
We will definitely come here again

I stayed at Club Sun Heaven last year and honestly, I wasn’t very satisfied with my experience back then. However, I decided to give it another try this year — and I’m so glad I did! The improvements are really noticeable, from the overall service to the atmosphere of the hotel. Everything felt much more organized, clean, and welcoming.

A special mention goes to Ugur, the animation manager, who has been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. His energy and support really made a difference and added to the positive experience.

Well done to the team for turning things around. I will definitely recommend Club Sun Heaven and look forward to coming back again!
