Very friendly and welcoming staff, good food, and an endless selection of drinks and entertainment/activities. It is also great that the rooms were cleaned every day and we received fresh towels (including new beach towels every day).

Will come back again!

Very nice hotel, but it isn't really "all inclusive" at all, more like "basis inclusive". Ping pong? Extra charge. Ice cream? Extra charge. Wine? Extra charge. Iced coffee? Extra charge. Even though caffe latte, sugar and ice cubes are free. Worst of all this greed? A second (!) room card is 5€ extra? Where is the common sense in that? A card of that type costs around half a euro, and you just rent it for your stay.

Beer is served in plastic glasses and all the food at the buffet restaurant is bland. The a la carte restaurant is good, but you only get one visit.

The facilities are also lacking. The sports pub was closed all visit, there is no tennis court, and I think you have to be italian to find the shows good.

Other than that, I find the music way too loud/frequent. The beach is always full. The accessability for wheelchairs/strollers is also laughable. No way to get to kids pool without stairs, also no way to the beach without stairs.

All the pools were also freezing cold with no heating.

On the positive side, the service (other than the extra charges) was great. The rooms were clean, and the hygiene was excellent.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, the food is good, and the staff are always service-minded. All employees are friendly. We feel safe and well taken care of. We feel like queens.

Great hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was tasty, and the entertainment team made every day fun. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the sun!

As with so many resorts in Egypt where tourism is so vital to the economy, this is a classic. Wonderful location, professional and friendly staff, great facilities, and perfect kitchen and wait staff.

Our group was there for our AGM and we were made to feel welcome and well supported.
