Our stay at Club Mega Saray with the Kano group was absolutely fantastic. The hotel offers excellent facilities for both families and sports lovers. The kids club is amazing and very well organized. The huge lobby with its elegant bar area creates a very welcoming atmosphere. We especially loved the 24-hour Mega Bar which was always lively and convenient.
Heated pools were perfect, and the professional fitness center exceeded expectations. The tennis academy and high-quality courts are truly outstanding.

Traveling with young children requires good organization, and Mega Saray handles this very well. From check-in to daily services, everything felt smooth and reliable. The kids' areas were safe, well maintained, and engaging enough to keep our children happy. Food options were suitable for sifferent ages, which made mealtimes stress-free. The rooms were spacious and functional, giving us enough room to feel comfortable. Staff members were patient and attentive, especially toward families. The beach and pool areas were clean and easy to access. Overall, the resort offers a strong sense of structure and care that families truly appreciate.

Our stay at Mega Sara Belek was Fantastic and exceeded expectations. The resort is clean, beautiful, and well maintained. The tennis team was amazing and deserves special recognition - professional, supportive, and create great training conditions for players of all levels. The courts are high quality and schedules were well organized. Food was top notch, perfect for athletes and families. Evening shows were good and animation perfect for kids.

The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and enjoying nature. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully organized, from the rooms to the common areas. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return again. Highly recommended! The coffee house deserves special praise: the desserts are simply amazing, and the coffee is beyond all praise.

We stayed at Megasaray Club Belek from 23rd to 30th of November. I rate it four stars. Positive things: The resort is generally made in an exclusive way including the rooms. The service is generally good. The spa area is outstanding. 4 saunas. 2 hammans. Good indoor pool. It is kept very clean and with better service than the rest of the hotel. The spa part of the hotel gave me a luxury feeling, but still not as good as Xanadu resort hotel where we have stayed twice. The outdoor relax pool is nice since it is heated. The food is good. Minibar also good. Many guests are from Germany or Turkey which is nice. Also from other countries since they come to play tennis. That gives a good clientele. Many things are open even though it is winter season and that is nice. Also for kids. Things to improve: Some of the waiters are in a very bad mood - which they show clearly. Especially in the coffee house. We have stayed at two other all-inclusive hotels in the Antalya region before and have not tried that before. I may have rated it 5 stars if this had not been the case. The competition is tough in the Antalya region. There were cracked tiles and other things which should be repaired in the room. The variation of the food during the week could have been better, but the food was good and breakfast buffet was huge. There was often too much noise or some smoke at the hotel, which was annoying. Like the heater for the outdoor relax pool. We will consider comming back but time will tell if we will.

My first time in Turkey and staying the the Megasaray club Belek. During my stay I a request for the hotel staff and was directed to the customer relations desk. I spoke to a gentleman named Hakan at customer relations, Hakan listened to my request and was very understanding and calming when I spoke with him. Hakan reassured me that he would do his very best to grant my request as he had to liaise with the night staff members to do so. Sure enough my request was met, thanks to Hakan and the night staff at the hotel being very helpful and understanding of my circumstances which was a great help to me and made my stay very pleasant & comfortable. Hakan’s calm demeanour and communication was first class. I’d highly recommend staying at this hotel. Top class staff and service.

We just finished our stay at Mega Saray Hotel, and we enjoyed every moment from the minute we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Ms. Larysa made our anniversary feel truly special, and the ladies at reception were always helpful and kind.

We also had an amazing time with the animation team, especially Ms. Olyana and Mr. Mahmood, who kept the whole family entertained. Every single person working in this hotel is friendly, professional, and truly deserves 5 stars.

It was our first time visiting, but definitely not the last.
The only thing I wish we had known in advance is that there is ongoing work on the beach that blocks part of the view.

We recently had 3 days long stay with two kids. 2 block of the hotel was under construction however we had never disturbed with construction. Only a few family was in hotel rest of them was proffessional tennis, football players. Indoor pool was great and mostly empty which is good to swim with kids. Foods were extremly delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at Megasaray Club and truly enjoyed every moment. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and extremely well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and housekeeping does a great job every day.

The food was excellent with a wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and something for everyone. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always helpful, making the atmosphere warm and welcoming.
