I came with my family and had a wonderful time. My children had a great time at the aqua park. The food was also very good. The animation team also ensured we had a great time. Berkay, in particular, took special care of us. I want to say that we were extremely pleased and had a very good holiday. In short, it's a very good hotel in every way.

Aqua Plaza is a wonderful place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, and very helpful staff. The pools are large and well-maintained, perfect for both adults and children. The food is delicious with plenty of variety, and the entertainment team makes the evenings fun and lively. Overall, it’s a great hotel for families and friends who want to have a comfortable and memorable vacation. Hotel is located quite quite far from anywhere there is a local desiigner Outlet but everyone sells the same thing for the same price not really getting any bargains unfortunately all the pictures are of the hotel brand new I recently stated that August 2025
Had multiple power Cuts in one luckily I did not take the lift if not I would have been stopped for 20 minutes I had a free safe kettle hairdryer didn't work.   unfortunately there was quite a bit of mold in the shower did inform my holiday rep nothing happened every time I took a shower it flooded the bathroom the toilet had multiple stains you can extend your stay 4 10 Euros an hour the pool was pretty nice food was good

I came to this hotel with my family. Everything is nice and clean. People who work here are very kind and always smiling. There is no problem with communication with personnel. There is also animation club for kids with is very nice :) In overall I cannot say a bad word about this hotel. Definitely we will come back!

After a bad experience at the Armas Beach Hotel, we practically fled and found salvation at another hotel, Club Aqua Plaza. And how glad I am that fate brought us there! From the very first moment, we felt an atmosphere of fun, comfort, and life. The grounds were spacious, green, and beautiful. After the "concrete hell" of the previous place, it felt like we'd entered another world.

Everything went smoothly at reception, although there were some initial difficulties with the rooms. But then Maya appeared—a real angel, not a human being. She literally conjured a room out of thin air, helped us with everything, and thanks to her, we got excellent rooms. Special thanks to her for that! My parents were placed separately, and we young people (I'm 18) were in another room, which, I must admit, was actually convenient: my parents were finally able to properly rest.

The grounds were huge; it took me three days to get around everything. There's a jacuzzi, several swimming pools (including a saltwater pool), bars, a beach, and a gym (albeit with shabby equipment, but who goes on vacation just to work out?). There are plenty of sun loungers for every taste—from soft, cushioned loungers to classic ones—and you can always find a free spot.

It's a real paradise for children: a mini-park with swings and slides, a well-kept garden, and clean grounds. The only downside is the smoking area at the entrance, which can be difficult to navigate, but otherwise, everything is excellent.

The water park is huge! One of the largest I've seen. There are both extreme and family slides—about five main ones in total—plus a separate children's castle with eight slides (4 small, 2 medium, 2 large—one indoor and one outdoor). There's plenty of room to play, everything is well thought out.

And, of course, lifeguard Devran—a special shout out to him! He didn't just monitor safety; he truly created a fun atmosphere. He came up with activities, rode the slides with us, chatted—he was just a "cool guy," as they say. Thanks to him, the pool was always fun.

Next to the stage is a snack bar where you can grab a bite from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: shawarma, strips, fries, fruit, burgers, ice cream—and a ton of drinks to suit every taste.

The evening entertainment was a special treat. First, a mini-disco and dancing for the little ones, followed by amazing shows: stuntmen, acrobats, magicians, hip-hop artists. I especially remember the guy on roller skates—he did something incredible! A huge thank you to Ceyda for organizing it—it's clear they put their heart and soul into their work.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, there were foam parties by the pool, where both adults and children had a great time. Energy, music, laughter—everything was perfect!

The restaurant was a pleasant surprise: yes, there's a line, given the hotel's size, but the food is worth it. Everything is delicious, especially the grilled meat and desserts. Cakes, chicken, fish, vegetables, and fruit—everything is fresh and mouthwatering. My mouth is watering again as I write this 😋

The sea is warm, around 26°C, the weather is perfect, the air is fresh. We got a little sunburned, even though October isn't the season. The crowd is relaxed: Germans, Russians, Ukrainians, everyone is friendly and cultured.

And most importantly, the service. The staff is simply wonderful. The waiters are quick and friendly, especially the guy on roller skates—it was fun to watch him, joking around and playing with the kids. The bartenders are smiling and attentive.

A special thanks to the doctor—I accidentally hit my head, and he quickly helped: he treated the wound and called a free taxi to the hospital. Of course, the treatment itself was expensive ($280 for the examination and treatment), but the human touch was priceless.

Result:
Club Aqua Plaza was a real salvation after the Armas Beach Hotel. A fun atmosphere, excellent food, tons of entertainment, caring staff, and a feeling of being welcomed.
If you want a true vacation, this is the place for you! 🌴✨
