I don't understand why this hotel is given 5 stars. It deserves two at most. Dirty rooms, moldy bathrooms, the glasses at the bars were very dirty, as were the plates in the restaurant. An unpleasant experience, I would never come here again.

Rooms were dirty and the bathrooms were covered in mold. The a/c worked fine and the sheets were clean. Some of the towels were dirty and we didn't get any extra blankets.

The free food was good, the drinks were... they tasted free.

We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago. We were very pleased that year and left. Everything was wonderful. This year, when we saw that it had changed its name and ownership, we thought it had gotten even better. We chose this hotel and it turned out to be a prison for us. I would never recommend it at all. On the second day of our stay, two families were humiliated. Our family and children had diarrhea and vomiting, and we couldn't leave the hotel room for two days. Our holiday was ruined. Every family we saw at the hotel complained with the same complaint. We had an argument with the receptionist on the day we were supposed to leave and left. The care and attention were zero. The pool itself had a foul smell. The food was tasteless. They just reheat it and serve it to you as an open buffet, there was no variety. We were not satisfied at all and we will never stay at this hotel again. Friends who made a reservation, if you don't want your money to go to waste, cancel before checking in. We were humiliated, don't be the same person...
