I don't understand why this hotel is given 5 stars. It deserves two at most. Dirty rooms, moldy bathrooms, the glasses at the bars were very dirty, as were the plates in the restaurant. An unpleasant experience, I would never come here again.

Rooms were dirty and the bathrooms were covered in mold. The a/c worked fine and the sheets were clean. Some of the towels were dirty and we didn't get any extra blankets.

The free food was good, the drinks were... they tasted free.

Service was good.

Dirty rooms, old building. Restaurant dirty and food really cheap. The workers aren’t professional and don’t speak English. Was really a bad holiday

the worst hotel i have ever been in my entire life.

Terrible customer service:
The staff was rude and unhelpful. Every request was ignored or dismissed.
Inadequate cleaning:
The room was dirty and smelly. I found hair and dust in various corners, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. In the evening, there was no hot water, or rather, none at all, allowing you to take a shower.
Dilapidated infrastructure:
Many of the hotel's facilities were old and poorly maintained. The gym was dirty, the spa smelled bad, and while you were getting a massage, water rained down from the ceiling due to a burst pipe from the restaurant.
Poor quality food:
The breakfast, lunch, and dinner included in the price were low-quality, with little variety and not fresh products. Dirty plates, cutlery, and cups. If you wanted clean glasses, you used cardboard ones, but they all lost half the drink. If you wanted water to drink outside by the pool, you were told it was finished.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. There are many other better options in the area.
Skip it if you want to enjoy your stay.
