My partner and I spent a week here and got back yesterday. The staff were brilliant and Betty in particular made the days more fun and welcoming with her games by the pool. We thought the food selection was good and the all inclusive was worth the money. The location is perfect as it is right by the beach and the bars. The rooms were clean and there was everything you would need there. Our flight was later on in the day and there was a spot to keep our bags whilst we did the pool games and had some lunch. We had an excellent holiday and really would recommend this as accommodation. The staff on the bar were friendly and prompt and the entertainment was good. I was really impressed and thank them for such a lovely stay.

I came here for 10 nights all inclusive with my boyfriend and had a great time. Lottie and betty who done the entertainment were brilliant! Many activities to do at the pool during the day and entertainment at night. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was a buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner and you can also get snacks throughout the day. The location is great and many shops, restaurants and bars nearby. I would definitely come back 😊

These apartments definitely need an upgrade. Its a classic 3 star good value hotel. 3 pools available and always able to get 4 sunbeds. Pool area is a suntrap. Large terrace with table amd 2 chairs. Very quiet, no noise on a night. Good air-conditioning.

I stayed there and me and my girlfriend thought it was very nice the rooms were spacious the balcony was big and there a swimming pool near by where ever your staying and there 3 to choose from.

The food was lovely and the bar was cheap for drinks and ice cream and the evening entertainment was brilliant kept us entertained and the staff were friendly kitchen and bar staff.

The 2 ladies in reception where you book the excursion where very helpful and helped us decide what to do for our age.

So all together I think if your looking for good hotel and affordable check this place out

Very dated and basic accomadation, food options limited on site however the nearby restaurants are excellent. Pools are small and shaded. Fine for somewhere to get your head down but wouldnt advise the all inclusive.

The hotel is in a great location, offering convenient access to nearby beaches, bars, and restaurants. However, that's the only positive thing I can say. After a short stay we relocated to another hotel at our own expense due to the conditions.

The hotel is in significant need of refurbishment, or maybe even demolition. Many areas of the hotel are outdated and unclean, including the pools, sunbeds, and surrounding spaces. The images on booking platforms are seriously out of date as they do not reflect the current state of the hotel.

The patio area outside our room and the outdoor tables and chairs were dirty. The room overlooked a sports field, which was being used as a makeshift dumping ground for discarded items. There were bags of rubbish all over the complex including 3 outside our room on arrival.

Inside the room several maintenance issues were evident, including a kettle with a thick layer of limescale, a worn and rusty bathtub, worn and dirty fixtures and curtains that were visibly soiled.

While the hotel advertises room cleaning every three days, I found the cleanliness of the room to be lacking. The cleaning staff used a mop that emitted an unpleasant odour and the floor remained dirty after being "cleaned". For guests opting for self-catering, I would advise caution, as the available kitchenware was insufficient, with a notable shortage of plates, cutlery, and other essentials.

When I raised my concerns and requested to be moved, I was offered an upgrade to full board, which I respectfully declined, as I had no intention of dining at the hotel given the conditions.

<p>Checkin Bungalows Atl&aacute;ntida 3*** (ex-Bongalows las Plataneras) are located in the tourist area of Los Cristianos just 500 metres from the beach and approximately 700 metres from the town centre. The hotel has a total of 214 apartments which all have a fully equipped kitchenette. Guests can enjoy the buffet restaurant and three bars to enjoy a relaxing drink. There are a variety of leisure activities including mini golf and three swimming pools, one heated.</p>
