Very good stay – hotel exceeded expectations
The holiday was very successful. We were also lucky with the weather – 26–28°C in early January.
As a 4* hotel in Egypt, it definitely exceeded expectations. Beautiful, well-maintained green territory, a very good beach, and the possibility to swim directly from the shore. The pool is large and heated. Sunbeds were always available everywhere – by the pool and on the beach, even in the first line.
Food was a pleasant surprise – varied and tasty. As in many hotels in Egypt, breakfasts and coffee were rather weak, but overall the quality of food was good.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was generally helpful and tried to solve issues when they arose.
Cons:
No acknowledgment at all of a birthday stay – not even a small complimentary gesture. Everything was offered only for an extra charge, which felt disappointing. A simple towel decoration would have been enough.
On January 6th there was a special event in the restaurant. Guests without a reservation (which many were not informed about) were redirected to another hotel. Transfers were overcrowded, and many guests were confused and had to look for alternatives.
The hotel is located somewhat away from the city, but transportation is easy to arrange by taxi.

Check-in was smooth and staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The lobby is large and impressive.
However, the room was disappointing for a 5-star hotel, outdated furniture, visible dust, loose floor tiles, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly, including under the toilet seat.

The housekeeper was kind and provided bottled water daily. Mosquitoes are an issue after 4pm, so keep balcony doors closed and bring repellent.

Food offered a good variety, and the pool and beach areas were enjoyable. Pool snacks and drinks are available but served in small portions, and ice cream is not included.

Overall, the staff are great, but the hotel needs refurbishment and better cleaning. It feels closer to a 3-star hotel, though still good value for the price paid.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming; they always greeted us with warm smiles. Especially Arand at the reception—he was extremely helpful at all times and made our stay much more comfortable. Although the entertainment team was a bit persistent in inviting us to activities, the evening shows were actually very enjoyable. The food at the main restaurant was delicious with a great variety, and the à la carte Lebanese restaurant we tried was absolutely amazing. Additionally, the room cleaning was excellent throughout our stay.

We were very well looked after from the start until the end of our stay. The helpful reception staff, especially Mr. Sayed, looked after us for the whole time making sure that our stay was pleasant and comfortable and that we had everything we needed. There is plenty to do in the resort, including a wide range of activities organised by the young, friendly and energetic entertainment team, who made our stay very fun. Our room was very clean and our friendly housekeeper, Ahmed, made sure that had everything we needed. All the staff made our experience at the hotel memorable.   Great views and well maintained gardens.

Stayed for one week all inclusive. All the hotels within the resort are excellently maintained, pool areas clean as are the surrounding areas. Beach front was also beautiful with good swim/snorkelling. Great decorations celebrating Christmas.

There was entertainment throughout the day with various activities day & night, and possibly the most enthusiastic team I've ever encountered. The waterpark was also immaculate with a good variety of slides.

The spa / gym in the charmillion club area was small but very clean and had more than enough there. Spa packages are reasonably priced.

We used all the restaurants - the Lebanese and Japanese stood out for us but they are all nice. Set menus but food is very tasty and portion sizes large. The main buffet had many options at all meal times - not a reflection of the hotel but it was very chaotic due to it being busy so be prepared. The sea life resort buffet was more calm and quiet and equally as good food.

All of the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful, and were always willing to go the extra mile to help.

The room was clean and well maintained, big enough for an extra bed for a family of 3. I think the bathrooms need a bit of tlc but it's nothing major and certainly didn't affect our stay.
