This is the worst hotel we’ve ever seen.
By coming to this hotel, you will discover new dimensions of stinginess and stupidity.
The food quality was really bad — the potatoes were old and tasteless.🤦‍♂️
The meals were stale and awful.
To drink a simple beer, you have to pay 2 to 2.5 times the normal price, and this applies to all beverages.😡
They don’t allow you to bring water from outside, so you’re forced to buy it inside at a much higher price.🤬
The room service is terrible — they don’t even change the slippers or mattress covers, and they don’t vacuum the room.🫤
The bathroom was full of hair from previous guests, and cleanliness seems to be the least important thing for this hotel.🤢
They even refuse to provide tissues or restock them.
Poor-quality shampoo, bad soap, noisy beds, and worst of all — tiny and uncomfortable pillows that are not suitable for sleeping.
The internet is extremely weak and frustrating.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy.

There is a much cleaner and better hotel nearby.

Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. For a place that claims to be four stars, the conditions were absolutely unacceptable. The room cleanliness was terrible – pillowcases were torn, and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was rusty. Hygiene was non-existent!

Breakfast was a disaster. Stale bread, cold and reheated fried potatoes, and products that were far from fresh. Such a breakfast wouldn’t even be acceptable in a two-star hotel, let alone a four-star one.

To make things worse, when we went for breakfast this morning, one of the staff members openly said, “I’m tired of these people here” in front of the guests. Such an attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable and shows the hotel’s lack of professionalism.

In short, cleanliness, food, and staff behavior were all extremely poor. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Don’t waste your money or your time!

We stayed here at the beginning of our trip to Turkey, and unfortunately the experience was far below expectations. The room was worn down, cleanliness was poor, and the overall standard was low. The food did not meet a reasonable standard, and the service felt uninterested.

Overall, the hotel did not live up to its description or the photos shown online. We decided to change hotels early during our stay, which says it all.

Unfortunately not recommended.

The service at this hotel was absolutely terrible. The staff were extremely unhelpful, including the hotel manager. They refused to allow us to bring in any food or drinks from outside—even simple items from the supermarket—because they wanted to force us to buy everything from their overpriced shop inside the hotel. During breakfast, they even stopped guests from filling their own water bottles from the dispenser, just to make people buy their bottled water. Nobody offered to help with our luggage; we had to carry everything ourselves.

They were not cooperative with families at all, especially those with children. There was no sense of responsibility from the staff, and their attitude was unfriendly to the point where we felt like enemies rather than guests.

On top of that, they lied to us by email before our arrival, promising that a baby cot would be available. When we arrived, there was none, and since we were already traveling, we couldn’t change hotels. The whole experience was extremely disappointing, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel on the appearance location looks great and international style hotel, but staff really need a attitude adjustment we tried to bring up some WATER to our room because of the humidity was high we were denied basic human rights to take water to our room....a kettle was provided and a paper cup no coffee no tea. Left don't disturb sign on door handle left for the door, some handyman had entered our room done some sanding with a sander and left his saw rust just laying there.... complaining didn't achieve anything.breakfast buffet didn't look very appealing skipping second day breakfast.......I would give this place a miss don't recommend this hotel

The hotel is very old, and renovation works are currently taking place. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. Specifically, right next to my room, there was constant construction noise from 8 AM until evening. I only booked for one night, but unfortunately, I was not able to get any proper rest.

Next point: on the bed I found black male hair — very unpleasant and unacceptable.

Also, in this hotel you are not allowed to bring your own water or food. I have never seen such a rule in my life, in any hotel. It feels like complete control over guests, forcing you to buy only from their small on-site market. This is not acceptable for any customer, whether Russian, American, or from anywhere else.

The only positive thing: the view is beautiful. That was impressive.

Breakfast was very poor — I didn’t enjoy it at all and left hungry. I didn’t try lunch or dinner, but I highly doubt they would be much better.

The worst part: the Wi-Fi did not work at all during my stay. Since my work depends on being online, this caused me serious issues. I already received a bill from my phone operator of more than $50 because I had to use roaming data.
