The experience at Hotel del Hams was nice I really enjoyed the shows that were performed by the entertainers but to be honest I wasnt Impressed with the food very cheap food and everyday was same food also in the TUI app they didn't specify that will be only French people like 80% of tourists was French and it looked like everything was made for them I came from UK 🇬🇧 and if I wouldn't tell them to translate in English they won't do it some of the staff in the hotel they couldn't speak English only French and Spanish and it wasn't professional to be honest when you have client  from around the world you should have people who can speak english the only thing I enjoyed was the shows from the entertainment team Rose Audrey and Jeremy were amazing great vibe energy really enjoyed spending time with them. Another thing I didn't like was the swimming pool was very dirty the lifeguards weren't very friendly they wouldn't interact with us 🙃 I was very disappointed in them not very friendly at all.
Also on TUI app they didn't show the actual pictures of the hotel the gym very bad not air conditioning the resistance machines were out of order not enough gym equipment for the cable machine overall not happy at all with the gym.
Overall was a nice experience I meet beautiful people and make friends.

Me and my partner stayed here for 6 days, we won't be coming back.
The hotel is predominantly French, so the hotel mainly caters towards them, such as the nightlife etc.

The cutlery and plates were dirty, the food is cheap and greasy.
Half of all the chairs and sunbeds had bird poo on them, making it a struggle sometimes to find seating.

The rooms were kept clean by staff, however the air conditioning unit did have mold and dust inside of it, which is unacceptable.

The staff behind the bar were great, they were efficient and friendly.
The activity team were always nice and trying their best to get people involved. They also performed during the evening entertainment.

You can rent beach towels for 10 euros each at reception however for some reason they only accept cash.
(You can take a shuttle into town and buy one for 8 euros)

Me and my partner spent 6 night here in September and it's a Lovely place to enjoy your summer break. It was all pretty much on point, however I would recommend a bit more variety for the food especially for lunch time,  also would be great if the sauna was available. Very helpful and friendly staff, bar staff always kind and hard working. Shoutout to the jumbo entertainment team, they are amazing and make the experience even better, full of energy day and night, always smilining and energetic😊!!! Muchas gracias!!

🌞 Relaxing and Fun Summer Holiday – Highly Recommended!

I stayed at this hotel for one week in July, looking to relax, enjoy the sun, and take a break from everyday stress. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to friends.

When we first arrived, we were quite tired and hungry. Unfortunately, the initial welcome wasn’t ideal—the receptionist we dealt with was blunt and not very helpful. The first room we were given didn’t meet our expectations either. It was warm, smaller than expected, and far from the main facilities—not quite like the pictures. They moved us to other room in the next day and was a better room.

The facilities were excellent—great pool, gym, and a convenient shuttle to town. Everything was well-maintained and easy to access. The entertainment team was an absolute highlight of our stay. They were energetic, professional, and somehow always smiling. Honestly, they deserve a 20 out of 10. Their dedication and positivity really stood out and made our days more fun.

The food also exceeded my expectations. I was worried it might be repetitive, but there was a good variety. I even managed to stick to a diet even if that wasn’t the original plan!

The hotel in general was very clean, though one major area for improvement is the cleanliness of the dishes in the dining area. It was often difficult to find clean plates and glasses.

Despite the rough start and the issue with the dishes, the rest of the staff was fantastic—special shoutout to Ruben at reception and Bar staff, who were very friendly and helpful and entertainment team no doubt. Kudos to the entire team for their hard work and warm attitude.

All in all, a lovely stay. I left feeling relaxed and happy—mission accomplished!

Fantastic experience at this Hotel
The staff and entertainment crew were all great and always willing to help. Only one problem the shower in our room was poor to say the least, but thats not something that should put you off.
Great Hotel don't hesitate to book. Activities were fab. Food a little repetitive but fine for a week or shorter. Great value for money. Provided everything you need on an all inclusive holiday.
