Lovely apartments very clean.  Good facilities. Only notable point is one toilet roll supplied then you have to buy your own which is not an issue but just a bit of a surprise.

absolutely appalling avoid at all costs, “cleaning” is shocking all they do is make the bed and fold blankets. within our first three days we received no fresh towels we had to go down to reception and ask for more, toilet paper was not replaced an they don’t provide any, no cleaning was actually done at all as all the clothes and things on the floor remained as they were and it was just over all not cleaned. they also steal your belongings, like they quite literally go through your suitcases trying to find anything valuable, they had stolen over £130+ from me but i read the face book page where someone had said that they took an ipad. pool was absolutely freezing and filthy, you could not spend over five minutes in there without getting hypothermia. pretty bad location as there is a fish market right near it so i does have a stench but most places are a 10-30 minute walk. avoid at all costs absolutely appalling.

Room was great. Facilities were also nice, especially the pool & slide. Food&drink at the restaurant were a little hit or miss but good the most part, if a little overpriced.

Only big downside was that the guy at the reception tried to scam me when I was paying for air conditioning. Told me it would cost £41 for 6 days (around 2285TRY), and wrote down that he charged me that much in the payment book they have. But he actually charged me £104 (around 5800TRY). When I told him about it he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about when the transaction receipt was right there. Told me to come back later but I didn’t budge. Got it sorted out but his attitude was extremely off-putting

Absolute 10/10 for accommodation. All of the staff are brilliant, Mehmet the owner is a great man who will do everything to ensure your stay is comfortable. The boys at the bar are amazing too every single one of them do their best to make sure you're well looked after. Cannot recommend highly enough - including their sister hotel Club Candan - you won't be disappointed

Myself and 3 friends stayed here in July 2024, and I am now writing a review as the service I received here stands out as the worst I have ever been treated by a member of staff at a hotel.

Starting on a positive note, the rooms were spacious and fairly clean apart from a few leftover belongings from other families. Cleaners delivered a good daily service. There were plenty of sun-beds and we never struggled to get beds together as a group of 4, and the pool was clean and refreshing, along with the added bonus of a slide. The staff members around the pool were kind and helpful.

However, our experience was tarnished by the member of staff on reception. The main issue with our trip is how this lady unapologetically tried to scam us. We paid for 7 nights, and on our 7th night we had to leave at around 1am therefore we would be leaving in the middle of our 7th night, however the lady on reception made us pay a fee saying we did not pay for 7 nights but 7 days, so if we wanted the room whilst waiting for our transfer we must pay. We paid the fee and then left for breakfast elsewhere, where we checked our booking and realised we did in fact pay for 7 nights. We went back and requested a refund, to which the same lady told us we never paid an extra fee. After a few minutes back and forth with the lady adamant that we never paid any extra money, I noticed a surveillance camera above the reception desk. I pointed this out and said she should check it and she will see that we DID pay the fee. She then miraculously suddenly remembered that we did pay this fee and gave us our money back.

This was not the first and sole issue with this lady, she was rude from the get go, with one of our towels getting covered in bird excrement after being left on the balcony to dry, my friend took it to reception requesting a new one, to which the lady responded ‘clean it yourself’. Her service was appalling and I would not recommend this hotel due to how we were treated.

Furthermore, the WiFi throughout the hotel is so poor that it is unusable, despite the hotel advertising good WiFi. We had to pay extra for air conditioning and toilet roll, however this is expected of a budget hotel and is not the reason we would not return, but should be considered before booking. I am not sure if we were treated like this because we are a group of young girls on our first holiday, I believe the lady on reception preyed on our naivety to try and get my more money out of us. I have never been treated so poorly by a member of staff who is supposed to make you feel at ease. Very disappointing when you spend your money with the purpose of feeling relaxed and taken care of.
