Upon reading many of the reviews previously left by other guests i was a little nervous about staying here. As the coach dropped us off we had a small distance to walk either up hill or up some steps to get to the hotel. This is nothing the hotel can fix it is simply a hilly area. Upon arrival at the hotel we noticed how clean and well kept it was, with a nice reception area. The receptionist spoke English and informed us our room would not be ready until 1.30pm however, we were welcomed to store our cases and have a drink and some food while we waited. Drinks very cheap cocktails 6 euro, pint of Heineken 3.20. Our room was VERY basic! No kettle for a morning coffee and when we asked how we get a coffee on a morning before 8.15 we were told there was a vending machine that is 1.50 euros. Food: i am not a fussy eater, I enjoy all food however found myself having salad alot as I dont like fish when they still have eyes and head on or hot stew in 31 degree heat. I agree with many who state it is a spanish hotel for spanish people however, the hospitality was good and if you dont like spanish food and music dont go to Spain! We took a short walk into the town approx 15 mins plenty cheap ships, bars etc but many dont open till 10. I also highly recommend the boat tour to beidorm island 23 euros to see underwater well worth it. Also the opportunity to feed the white pigeons in the town. Entertainment... a young lady who called herself a dj played old fashioned spanish music on her laptop to people walzing round however, more fun could be had sitting on your balcony and people watching! Entertainment is not the best cannot complain we got what we paid for.

High class hotel. Excellent location. All inclusive - kitchen, food is very tasty, varied. Large swimming pool on site. Cons: no mini fridge in the room and no drinking water in the room

Everything i need .... tv.... with remote....   didn't pay a deposit..     great food...   breakfast awesome 👌... staff brilliant...  maid buzzed on at 10am wanting to clean... definitely recommend...   just a bit dated... thats all

Just come back from here with my wife.we are 40 years old and 38 years old.bed was really uncomfortable with two thin sheets one looked like a curtain.food was not great it was all for Spanish people unless you just want a plate of chips every night entertainment was shocking all Spanish no mixing it up due to there being a few English people there at the time of are stay.location was not great had to get taxis everywhere due to my wife getting out of breath easy tried getting mobility scooter for her but all wanted blue badge she dont even drive at home so why would she have one of those did send proff of her disability but that wasn't enough.staff we ok I suppose.i would not got back there but thats me other people may like it but wasn't for us

My wife and I stayed here last week. We went all inclusive. The staff on reception, at the bar and the cleaners were all friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel isn't ideal as it's a the top of a hill. Steep steps lead to it but these can be avoided by going a longer way round. The hotel is very close to 2 shops and is a short walk from bars and the old town. The room was basic but clean. No tea/coffee facilities and no fridge. The TV only had 2 English channels. The room was noisy due to a loud fan on the balcony. There was a school just yards from our room and we were woken up by loud music coming from the school at 9 am every morning. The bathroom was fine with a good shower. This hotel clearly caters mainly for elderly Spanish guests. That was fine with us as we spent little time there and weren't interested in entertainment or anything. The food was poor. Extremely salty and not great options, however a bottle of wine was provided on each table. The pool was empty and had been for some time. All in all our experience was good. Some of the bad points would maybe bother others more than us. The main gripe was with the food and the noise. Staff were lovely and the bar well stocked.
