Things To Keep In Mind

SCAMMERS! DO NOT GO! Worst travel experience ever. I arrived around ten in the evening. I had made my reservation through a site called "stayforlong". When I arrived and tried to check in, the receptionist in the lobby said that my reservation could not be found. He didn't even agree to give me wifi so I could connect to the website. Since it was already late, I couldn't bear to go elsewhere, so I took a room from them. He smelled of booze and demanded payment in cash and refused to give a receipt. The rooms were also dirty and there were people roaming the corridors all night who were clearly not tenants

Hotel is nice and clean but they had BED BUGS that had bitten my husband. Thanks to Soner as we mentioned the issue he took quick action and sprayed our room. Unfortunately, after spraying we found more bed bugs that were probably infested in the bed head.
Other than Soner all the reception staff are clueless about everything.
I would not recommend this hotel just because of bed bugs other than that everything is fine.

A complete disappointment! The rooms are dilapidated and old: hanging curtains, faulty air conditioning, stained sheets. The staff is indifferent and often unreliable, and the information provided is constantly changing. There's no organization, no service, and poor hygiene. This hotel is absolutely not worth your money. Absolutely avoid!

After an awful experience at a neighbouring hotel- we needed to find somewhere else to stay for our remaining week in Turkey. We walked into this hotel and straight away were welcomed with the most friendly reception. The staff, hospitality, and warm welcome were a breath of fresh air after our other interactions in Antalya.

The breakfast is lovely, served fresh every day with a delicious range of Turkish foods. Everywhere is clean and tidy.

They have a laundry service, the staff help you when ordering taxis or food, they recommend local areas to try etc.

The only slight let down was that the bathroom in our room was dated- the hairdryer didn't work and shower was old. But for the price of the stay and location that can be easily overlooked.

The atmosphere is brilliant. You can tell it's a family run business and is well cared for. My boyfriend had to leave earlier than me (long-distance relationship), and I was worried about booking a taxi to the airport by myself (being a female,alone)- the owner himself agreed to take me to ensure I was safe. He communicated with me through Google translate along the drive and made me feel really safe and comfortable.

This hotel saved mine and my boyfriends holiday from hell and turned it around. They showed us that there are people in the world with humanity and showed us compassion after what we had been through on our trip previously. I only wish that we had booked our entire stay with them from the get-go.

Had a 10 night stay here recently and it was amazing. Room was very clean, welcome package was informative and had all the information I needed. Staff were very attentive and helpful, particularly caglar who helped me out when I had trouble there. Location was also excellent with plenty of restaurants, shops and an exchange office close to the hotel and also not far from the beach. Highly recommend 👍🏻
