Don’t stay in room 624 !!

Just returned from a two night stay in Palma which unfortunately felt a little longer due to a severe lack of sleep.

The hotel is nice and the staff were friendly. We booked a small room which is exactly what we got - no complaints there.

What is unacceptable though is the constant noise in the room. There is some kind of machine that makes a constant loud buzzing noise. When I complained we were originally told it was the connected restaurant but the following morning hotel staff said it wasn’t and it was a machine that they are obviously aware of.

How can you sell a room that you know people could have difficulty sleeping in !
The room is tiny so the only value it could provide is a place to sleep comfortably.
I had ear plugs but even that doesn’t help.

The room is also next to a cleaning/laundry supplies cupboard so expect banging and clattering in the early hours from the cleaners along with their mobile phone messages notifications every few minutes.

I would imagine other rooms in the hotel could be great just not the one we were given

Amazing location If you want to explore city center. Rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Staff is great and breakfast was good enough. Only drawback here is that there are no parking spots nearby. The closest parking garage are very expensive. The hotel does have reserved parking that you can pay for at a lower rate but it's a 10-15 min walk from the hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel with very caring staff. Our room was quirky, beautiful and very spacious.
The breakfast is absolutely amazing!!

It's a good location, the rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful!
It's not a big and extensive breakfast but it got all things that's necessary and it was tasty.

But some of the downside. The walls are thin so you hear as fast as some one is walking outside your room. And the mini fridge is noisy

Went for a overnight stop in Palma nice hotel just got the sound of air-conditioning unit outside our window which kept my wife awake
