Snacks are available at selected times between meals. A maximum of 3 alcoholic drinks per person (beer and wine) during lunch, and 3 alcoholic drinks per person (beer and wine) during dinner only. At all other times, any alcoholic drinks are payable locally. Unlimited non-alcoholic drinks are available for a minimum of 12 hours per day.

We booked two rooms with breakfast and dinner for four days. The location is very good, close to S’Arenal beach, with many bus stops and supermarkets nearby. For the price, the rooms and service were quite nice. Breakfast was okay, but dinner was bad. Although the food looked good, it didn’t taste good, and some items were actually stale. Additionally, the food items were not labelled with ingredients, which made it quite a hassle for vegetarians or vegans.
Considering the price and the services offered, I was very satisfied! The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the beach. The food is varied and can satisfy both those with simple tastes and those who are more demanding. The rooms have air conditioning, which is a great plus during hot days. There are a few things that could be improved: adding refrigerators in family rooms, making these rooms a bit more spacious, and ensuring the balconies are safer. Overall, it’s a good hotel for the price, and I would definitely recommend it! We've been 3 families with 3 kids 8/9/ 12
The hotel is in a good location for beach access - the food was ok - 2 bad points the pool picture in brochure is not the one at hotel - it’s small and not inviting enough to sit around nor go for a swim - also having to pay to store our luggage in ourlast day was a let down . Room was made every day and kept clean . Overall for what we paid can’t complain - lucky the beach was a short stroll rather than sit pool side .
