This hotel is clean,  room is clean. Everything is great. But shout-out to beril. She's one of the best employees there. She's sweet, kind, entertains my little brother(1) with small jokes and funny faces sometimes. She made the stay here more fun. ☺️

Me and my friends had a great time here! The buffet is yummy and gets rotated daily (we stayed for 5 days, maybe it repeats weekly but I don't know), the cleaning staff is great and left us cute towel-animals every day, the overall staff at the hotel is always friendly and helpful, there is also a snack bar from 11am to 5pm if you get hungry between meals and the beach area is really nice. If I come back to Alanya for a future vacation I will for sure choose this hotel again. (our room also had a really nice view)

Overall, the staff is very friendly, the atmosphere of the hotel is relatively quiet and relaxing.

Location of the hotel is great. A few kilometers away from the city center. There is an underground tunnel that leads right on to the beach. The sand on the beach is a mix of thumb sized rocks and fine sand. Plenty of sunbeds and -shades there.

Best hotel I've ever been to! I have traveled a lot, but this hotel deserves 10 stars. The staff is fantastic, kind despite the workload. Booked a cake for my child's birthday and they had set such a beautiful table with a delicious cake! A big thank you to Mr. Halit and his team! Even reception staff were fanstastic. The service in the hotel is wonderful that includes restaurant and a bar only. You can see how hard everyone is working. The cleaness is average. The WiFi here is awful. The slides are only open 1h every day split into two half an hour slots, and the other pool is only open till 19.00. You have to pay for the safe, beach towels, all drinks after 24.00/ 12 am. There is a very limited drinks menu for all inclusive customers. The room is smaller than you think, you cannot leave the ac or charge your phone unless the card is in. There’s only 2 charging ports, the one in the bathroom is going to make your phone boiling hot. I don’t recommend staying longer than 10 days, you will get tired of being here. The food isn’t perfect either. There’s no entertainment. People leave beach towels on the sun beds and don’t come back the whole day, the workers won’t do anything about it. There isn’t many sun beds by the pools either. You cannot take your glasses to your room. You only get 1.5L of water a day. There isn’t any AC in the corridors and the rest of the hotel. The lifts are very small and you have to wait for them long as well. The reception staff is okay but they don’t take care of the problem properly, they’re just trying to get you to leave them alone. One of the perks for the all inclusive customers is that there is a midnight snack that is never open. They’re serving alcohol for underage people and pretend they didn’t see their wristband that shows that they may not drink any alcoholic drinks.

Amazing service,  great food, and super kind and helpful staff. The hotel is also very calm and has its own passageway to the beach. I would come back anytime!
