Honest opinion: not great.

The rooms had keycards that cut power to the air con when you took them out. You needed the cards to open the auto-locking doors. MMMM, the lovely feeling of coming back to a hot, humid room after a long day out in the sun. The water temperature for the shower could sometimes jump from hot to cold and back. The toilets had a really difficult time flushing, so you needed to flush ten times to get the stuff to go down. I guess if you want to save on water, you could also just shit in buckets. That would be just about as effective at getting it into the sewer system.

The Service was fine, if a bit unfriendly. The front desk was not able to give good advice on where to get or buy things that we needed, oh well, that's what ChatGPT is for, right? Anyways, the food is good, on certain days. If you don't like what they are serving, then you better pray that the one lady they have cooking pancakes isn't too busy or out of batter. The desserts probably are not made on-site, but that's fine, they were delicious. The selection of drinks was absolutely horrid. Watered-down orange juice and water, as well as one of those coffee machines that make horrible hot drinks. If I remember correctly, we had to order soda, which was part of our all-inclusive, but that was a huge pain because they serve the soda in TINY glasses. Which means if you needed a refill, you had to intrude on the (justly) BUSY staff.

The location was good. They had nice access to the beach. They also had nice beachside service. The two whole pools they had were a bit lackluster, but you have the beach right next to the hotel. The ice cream was not included in the all-inclusive, and only open for sale between stupid hours. THIS WAS THE CASE EVEN WHEN THE STAFF WAS THERE TO SERVE DRINKS AND FOOD. AGAIN, ICE CREAM THAT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ALL-INCLUSIVE BTW! It was small ice cream sticks that you buy at a store, but apparently buying those had to be done between bad and terrible o'clock.

All-inclusive drinks and soda were served by the pool. The beer glass was normal size, but the soda was served in (SAY IT AGAIN) TINY glasses.

Lastly, as an English speaker, it is worth keeping in mind that this hotel seems to be a very popular destination for Germans.

It gets 3/5 stars by a narrow margin. The hotel just did not inspire me to relax with all of the strange decissions that I constantly ran into in my stay here that I have not even had the energy to mention in this review.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's one of the best hotels in Alanya. The food, location, and staff are very friendly. I spent one week there and everything was superb, hands down.

This hotel is clean,  room is clean. Everything is great. But shout-out to beril. She's one of the best employees there. She's sweet, kind, entertains my little brother(1) with small jokes and funny faces sometimes. She made the stay here more fun. ☺️
Would definitely recommend staying here.

Me and my friends had a great time here! The buffet is yummy and gets rotated daily (we stayed for 5 days, maybe it repeats weekly but I don't know), the cleaning staff is great and left us cute towel-animals every day, the overall staff at the hotel is always friendly and helpful, there is also a snack bar from 11am to 5pm if you get hungry between meals and the beach area is really nice. If I come back to Alanya for a future vacation I will for sure choose this hotel again. (our room also had a really nice view)

Overall, the staff is very friendly, the atmosphere of the hotel is relatively quiet and relaxing.

Location of the hotel is great. A few kilometers away from the city center. There is an underground tunnel that leads right on to the beach. The sand on the beach is a mix of thumb sized rocks and fine sand. Plenty of sunbeds and -shades there.
