⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Bilem Hotel in Antalya.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and looked after throughout my stay. The hotel enjoys a stunning seafront location with breathtaking views across the Mediterranean, and the private beach platform is one of the best features. Comfortable sunbeds, spotless facilities, waiter service, and easy access to the crystal-clear sea make it the perfect place to relax.

The food and drinks have been excellent, especially at La Franja Restaurant, where every meal has been beautifully presented and full of flavour. The breakfasts are fantastic, offering a great selection of traditional Turkish and international options.

One of the highlights for me has been the atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful day by the sea, a romantic break, or somewhere to enjoy great music, food, and sunshine, Bilem delivers. The hotel is also perfectly positioned for exploring Antalya while still feeling like a private retreat.

A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. It’s the people who make a hotel memorable, and everyone here has been exceptional.

I arrived as a guest and leave feeling like family. I would not hesitate to recommend the Bilem Hotel and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Thank you for a truly memorable stay.

Terrible hotel. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Rooms are dirty and smell of smoke.
Beds are hard. Pillows cheap and flimsy.
Dated furniture.
Broken shower. Mold in shower. Bath tub stained.
No tea / coffee making facilities in the room.
No equipment in the gym worked.
Showers in spa broken.
Took 8 hours to get two more pillows (had to get them ourselves in the end).
So much more to add, but you get the idea.
The only positive is the private beach area. This is a nice place to relax and swim.

The hotel is truly a wonderful place to stay, offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and services that make the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. The swimming facilities are beautiful and provide the perfect opportunity to relax and have fun during the day. Spending time here with family and friends was an unforgettable experience, as the hotel combines relaxation, entertainment, and great hospitality all in one. It is definitely a place I would recommend for both leisure and special moments with loved ones.

⭐ 1/5 – Definitely Not “High Class”

I stayed at Bilem High Class Hotel in Antalya, and unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite of what the name suggests.

From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and spoke poor English. There was no offer of assistance with my luggage, which set the tone for the rest of my stay.

The room looked fine at first, but it stank of stale cigarette smoke, and the bath filled with water every time I showered.

At night, the hotel was incredibly noisy, with loud music playing every evening, making it difficult to get any rest.

There were a couple of positives: the upper bar staff were friendly and pleasant, and the breakfast was okay, with a cook who was genuinely kind and welcoming.

However, the rest of the hotel is very dated, with sun-bleached carpets and a lift that broke down, forcing me to climb what felt like a thousand steps just to get back to the ground floor.

The so-called “beach resort” was actually a wooden jetty with loungers, not a real beach. The beach staff were odd and unfriendly—six out of seven days I was completely ignored, having to go to the bar myself while other guests were given full table service.

On the one day I was served, it didn’t go well. A blonde staff member asked me to move my lounger because dinner guests “might” be coming, even though no one was there. I moved as requested and ordered a Coke, a lemon iced tea, and a pizza. The food was good, but when I got the bill, I noticed I was being heavily overcharged. I had planned to leave a 200 lira tip, but decided against it after seeing how inflated the prices were.

Overall, the food and drinks are overpriced, the service is inconsistent, and the hotel is far from high class. I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be returning.

Now second time staying at bilem hotel, staff are absolutely amazing especially morning staff member SEZGIN. Always welcoming perfect location for nice food spots, and sea views 👌 😋
