Wonderful spacious, very clean rooms. Loved the wrist tags for the keys! Would have appreciated an option to not have fresh towels every day as I'm aware of the environmental strain and there's simply no need.
The range of food at the buffet was incredible. It was quite difficult navigating this with a nut allergy. There's signs to indicate what is gluten free, but nothing about nuts. Sometimes the staff were incredibly helpful, others seems very nonchalant about it and seemed happy to simply guess if the food was nut free which was quite challenging. There were additional challenges trying to avoid the bowls of peanuts scatted around the hotel as bar snacks. I appreciate I'm in the minority having a nut allergy, but this in particular made things quite difficult.

Finally an Adults Only Hotel in Spain that lives up to my expectations. Apart from their little boring pool area (and both the indoor and the outdoor pool are terribly cold in October) everything was perfect! They serve astonishingly good food in their restaurant - although it‘s just your typical hotel buffet, the wine and cocktails are superb (I drank several of their Bloody Marys - the best I‘ve ever had), the coffees from the bars are excellent and varied.
I can only recommend this nice little AO hotel if your are not too keen on basically falling into the sea as the beach is a few minutes down the road.

We had a fantastic two-week stay at the Rei del Mediterrani Palace!

The hotel and rooms are beautifully renovated, spotless, and give off a modern, luxurious feel. Everything is cleaned thoroughly and regularly, which really adds to the comfort.

The location is also very convenient: there are shops nearby, the beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and excellent (and cheap!) public transport is only 5 minutes from the hotel.

The pool is spacious and great fun, with a fountain and water pillows. There are plenty of sunbeds for everyone, even when the hotel is fully booked, so you never have to worry about finding a spot.

The main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and has plenty of space, even during the high season. The food is consistently high quality with lots of choice, including vegetarian and gluten-free options, and there’s always a fresh variety of fruit. Every evening has a different dinner theme—Mexican, Japanese, American, Mallorcan, and more—so there’s something new to look forward to every day.

At the pool and lobby bars, you can enjoy a wide selection of premium drinks, all served from the original bottles. Snacks are available throughout the day, ranging from ice cream, fruit, and peanuts to burgers, pizza, and sandwiches.

What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single team member is welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They clearly work hard to make sure every guest has the best possible experience.

We can wholeheartedly recommend the Rei del Mediterrani Palace and are already looking forward to coming back!

The overall vibe of the hotel gives of a very fancy vibe however our room didnt quite reflect that, it feels quite tired with glorified camp beds that are squeaky and very uncomfortable. The air conditioning never really got cold even on the lowest setting so sometimes felt quite uncomfortable if you're not used to the temperatures here. Cleaning staff were exceptional, very friendly and good at their jobs. We stayed bed and breakfast which made it a bit of a faff if we fancied a drink at the pool bar. Tried the grill across the road which again gave off classy/fancy vibes but was just a buffet with limited options or explanation, the staff all seemed annoyed at something.
Also be aware that the hotel is not quiet, the walls are thin, especially if you get a pool facing room. If you're unfortunate enough to have an early flight home be aware that the entertainment and hotel bar is very loud.

Big thanks to Mr. Tony, Felix, Juan and rest of the crew from the restaurant for making sure I always got my gluten free meals. Everything was super well organized and reliable. Really appreciate the effort – you guys made my stay so much easier. I can recommend that hotel to every gluten free person - full professional
