The price-performance ratio is good. You can see that the complex is a few years old, but everything works, is well maintained and very clean!

We have read about the cockroaches in some reviews but have not seen a single one. Honestly- if we had read about it before booking we would have avoided the hotel- so, please get this under control. It would be a shame since the hotel really has potential.

The staff are always helpful. Any requests (we needed a third pillow) were dealt with immediately and without any fuss. The breakfast is excellent. The pool is heated. I would give a small minus point for the unfortunately somewhat difficult surroundings in the case of walking disabilities – this is partly due to the location (on a slope). However, I did not see any lifts. The apartment was great. Maisonette style with two wonderful balconies. Thank you for the great holiday. We will be back!

My family had a fantastic stay at Beverly Hills Heights.
Any issues with the apartment were dealt with very quickly by the maintenance team.
We loved the choice of pools on the resort with the adjoining Hollywood Mirage and there was entertainment every night around the big pool.
There's something for everyone. Chilled and more lively if you want it.
We particularly loved the breakfast dining option with a wonderful buffet every morning.
We chose to purchase tickets for the Gala evening which happened to be the Halloween themed night and were amazed by the efforts made by the team to decorate the food. The band were great too! It has such a lovely vibe at Beverly Hills. It's my personal favorite and I'd like to say a special thank you to all the staff and also Nerea for being so utterly adorable and friendly!
Also,
Just a short stroll away, you have a large choice of restaurants and bars with entertainment and shops. Not far and you can walk along the sea all the way to Las Americas and beyond and there is a free bus service from the resort.

Very disappointing stay – would not recommend

We stayed at Ona Beverly Hills Heights in Tenerife for 10 days and unfortunately the experience was extremely poor.

The hotel is very old and badly maintained: peeling walls, worn-out furniture, and overall untidy condition. When we arrived, there were even leftover cookie crumbs from previous guests, which already showed a lack of proper cleaning.

On the second day, we started seeing cockroaches, and from then on we encountered them every single day — both small and large ones. They were in the bedroom (even above the bed), kitchen, living room and bathroom. We were offered to change the room, but only to a worse room on a lower floor, which did not solve the problem, as the cockroaches are clearly a hotel-wide issue.

Housekeeping was very poor:
•	Towels were forgotten completely after one cleaning
•	Next time, a towel with a large hole was left
•	Cleaning quality was bad, and after housekeeping we would find dark hairs, even though all of us are fair-haired
•	Bed linen covers were much too big for the bedding

Additionally, I left my power bank on the bed, and after housekeeping it was found moved to the table and damaged, which is unacceptable.

Another major issue was that electricity went out 3–5 times every single day, causing constant inconvenience during our stay.

Despite all these problems, no discount, compensation or apology was offered.

Overall, this hotel does not meet basic cleanliness, hygiene or maintenance standards. The cockroach problem alone makes it unacceptable. We would definitely not stay here again and do not recommend it.

The location is nice, spacious rooms and the view is amazing. The single drawback for us was the lack of heating and we managed to land there in the coldest period of 30 years time...so not their fault. The staff is super attentive and they will solve anything they can immediately.

We visited Beverly Heights with some friends as a getaway and the location was great and quiet. Staff are very friendly and polite. Rooms were clean enough but a few areas where it wasn’t the best - not enough to bother us greatly.

My only gripe is they have recently started charging €50 to use one of the Balinese beds. With this you get €50 to spend at the bar patio so although we thought it was cheeky to start charging for these when they previously didn’t, we thought it would be ok if spending a day there. However, myself and my partner are vegan and the only thing on their menu we could eat was french fries. Obviously we did not wish to spend €50 on french fries and we spoke to one of the team about this and asked if we could just hire the bed on its own without the voucher for the bar patio at a reduced rate. The response was no, the voucher is included.

We didn’t find this very inclusive at all, the only way we could use this bed was to pay €50 which is crazy and we decided not to. Anyone with allergies would experience the same thing. Surely you need to encompass everyone in your menu if you’re going to give them a voucher to spend as part of the deal?

The whole time we were there, we didn’t see a single person on them so it is clearly not a popular option and a waste of perfectly good beds. Might be one to re think?

Great hotel and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Much nicer than their sister hotel Hollywood Mirage.

Victor the pool guy is an absolute gem. So friendly and caring. He makes the pool days a lot more enjoyable for the kids.

Very good hotel with many activities and possibilities. Clean, wide and homey room. Spa at Mirage could need some update but it was still nice to visit there. Customer service was great and everything went well with them. Could go again here.
