We were hesitant to just book anywhere in beautiful Antalya. We wanted an excellent location, price, service and clean rooms. Sometimes its difficult go get all of them but we were lucky because this hotel had an awesome team of people that truly cared for us, including Burhan and Embre who was at the front desk. They hooked us up with a taxi we could pay with credit card and an awesome tour to Demre and Meyra, plus some really good local restaurant and fast foos recommendations. The breakfast had a lot of local variety and the rooms were very clean. Absolutely loved the surrounding areas, we were close to everything! Thanks to the hotel team members who made us feel so welcome.

The hotel 🏨 management team must do everything in their entirety to look after, support and protect all the cleaners*. They’re an asset to every business.

The lovely 🥰 Turkish 🇹🇷 lady cleaner knocked on the door🚪on my second day with upmost respect to ask if she could tidy up the room and clean it..
She did with all care and patience while, I went out.

The staff members are helpful and friendly.
There’s a lady with headscarf🧕🏻 in reception can’t remember her name who was doing everything to treat guests with respect and kindness. Another, Iranian 🇮🇷 lady staff gave me direction on her phone to places where I can explore tourist spots.

The breakfast 🥞 is top tier.

On that basis, I will not be giving less than 5 stars ✨

Fantastic hotel if a little dated. However the 5 star service and prime location more than make up for it.

All the staff are super friendly. From reception to the breakfast staff to the the room service staff.  professional and willing to go the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble.

Special mention for gentleman on reception and Bex cafe guys. Always smiling and chatty and courteous.

Location is perfect. Close to all the main  attractions and a 4 minute walk to Mark Antalya mall.

Will visit again.

I stayed at the Best Western Plus Khan Hotel for 2 nights in November 2025.

The room was large though it could have been cleaner. The interior decor was a bit outdated. Service during this stay was okay but I had a lot of trouble contacting the hotel the prior month and ended up canceling a prior stay. The location is superb - lots of things in easy walking distance. Public transportation is also easily accessible.

The room was a lot bigger than I expected, with a separate foyer. Although the furnishings initially looked modern, upon closer inspection a lot of things appeared worn. There were marks on the wall. Housekeeping could have done better cleaning - there were some crumbs on the floor. Also, I don't think the jacuzzi was used much or cleaned well because when I attempted to use it, there was dirt and hair coming out. Also, a fair amount of water leaked on to the bathroom floor. While it was fun trying to use the jacuzzi, it probably needs some maintenance work. I was also confused why there were different channel selections on the two TV's. The foyer TV had a large selection of channels but the bedroom TV only had a few channels.

The hotel did leave a basket of fruit as a welcome gift, which was a nice touch. There were also some breathtaking views of the Antalya mountains from the window and the balcony.

The hallway smelled a bit smoky but smoking is still a big part of Turkish cultural life. The hotel had an art gallery featuring purchasable art from the Turkey Culture Route Festival. The fitness room was deserted and it was very hard to find the light switch when it was dark. Although there is a swimming pool, it was closed during my visit (probably due to being off season). The top floor has a 21+ Red Room lounge for drinking and cigar smoking where you can buy alcohol and cigars and get a night time view of the city.

The free breakfast was okay. They had eggs (though the staff didn't quite understand how to cook them hard or scrambled), various fruits and vegetables, bread, and other assorted breakfast food. Like some other Turkish hotels, they provide honey in the form of an actual honeycomb and their version of orange juice is something sweet like SunnyD.

The Khan hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area right next to lots of shopping and restaurants. You can easily walk 5-10 minutes to many places, including several historic tourist attractions. I walked to the Antalya Clock Tower, to the Mevlevi Dervish Lodge Museum, and the harbor. There are numerous mosques in the vicinity.

It is very easy to get to/from the Antalya (AYT) airport. The T1A tram stops at the Ismetpasa station which is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There are also numerous bus stops within a 5 minute walk (I took the bus to visit Sandland).

The service was fine on this visit. However, I did have significant trouble trying to contact the hotel the prior month. I also visited Antalya in October 2025 and originally booked a reservation at the Khan Hotel. But when my arrival date changed, I was unable to change the starting date of my hotel reservation. I tried calling the Best Western customer service in the U.S. but while they could change the end date of a reservation, they were unable to change the start date and suggested contacting the hotel. I tried e-mailing the hotel but they never responded. As a result, I ended up canceling my reservation and stayed at the Residence Inn in Antalya instead.

The Residence Inn is much fancier with superior rooms and service but is also more expensive. The Khan hotel is a much better bargain. Also, the Residence Inn was harder to get to while the Khan hotel is easily accessible. I think both hotels are good but it depends on your budget and what you plan to do in Antalya. I would be happy staying again at either hotel.

FYI: I didn't see any cats inside the hotel, which can be a plus or a minus, depending on how you feel about furry felines!

Terrible management and no respect for guests’ privacy.

I seriously regret booking this hotel. The reception manager, Nurullah, was the most unhelpful and careless staff member I’ve ever encountered.
We were given the wrong room — two single beds instead of a double — and despite complaining multiple times, he kept saying “come tomorrow,” promising a change that never happened. Zero professionalism and no effort to fix the issue.

Even worse, the cleaner on the 6th floor knocked on our door around 8 AM every single morning, waking us up for no reason and running away. I kindly asked her to stop the first day, but she continued doing it.

One morning, we even got a call at 8:30 AM trying to sell us tours we never requested. This hotel simply doesn’t let you rest.
There’s no privacy, constant disturbance, and management that doesn’t care about guests at all.

The night receptionist with glasses  was polite and professional, great guy.
Also, the girl with curly hair in the coffee shop was very kind and deserves a positive mention.

Good location — Everything else, especially Nurullah’s attitude and the cleaner’s behavior, completely ruined our stay. Definitely not recommended.
