It started quite disappointing, we paid over 1 year in advance for a premium room and arrived around 11am.
We were told check-in would be between 3 and 4 pm and return to the hotel for around 3 pm and asked if our room was ready because a lot of other people’s room were ready at this point we got told that ours was not ready so we come back at 4 pm and asked again and the rest of our parties room were ready however our still was not. We got told to sit down and they would call us as soon as it’s ready and would call the housekeeping team Just to check if they could speed it up. We then where is a further 30 minutes and the lady who advised us she would tell us how disappeared so we asked the mail at the reception and he said the room is ready now there was no apology and how we hadn’t of asked we would’ve been sat there probably all Day.

The entertainment on a night was on very late and it would’ve been nice to have some bingo or quiz prior to the entertainment even just to get people warmed up the service for the drinks was slow at the bar on a night. Maybe this was because we visited outside of peak season and then may have been staffing issues I’m not sure.

We did make a noise complaint on the TUI app because our neighbours had the TV blasting full volume all night stopping us from sleeping on the third night. Somebody did manage to go up to the room but knocking our door instead for some reason. I’m not sure if maybe they managed to speak to them or they left the following night, but we didn’t hear it after that.

Other than this though the hotel itself was beautiful impeccable decor throughout and the rooms were gorgeous. Well equipped would’ve been handy to have an iron and iron board though and the fridge was rather warm so didn’t keep anything cold.

The staff were all nice no complaints didn’t really say anything when you walk across them but I’m quite introverted so this was fine for me ha ha .

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The cleaners were lovely too and the rooms cleaned daily no issues there.

They safe was free which was a nice touch although did feel very safe in the hotel and comfortable one of the first holiday holidays where I didn’t really want to come home because it felt that nice to be there

Great location right on the beach and just a short walk from the Marina couldn’t fill it and we are hoping to book this hotel again if our IVF journey is successful next year hopefully we have a plus one !

The hotel is very big wouldn't like to go in June july or August when the hotel is full it would be to busy to meny people. Entertainment not up to much i would recommend go premium class we did nice big room 2 king sizes bed nice walk in shower big bathroom plus you go to a different restaurant for meals if your premium class or all-inclusive

It was the first time at best Triton we had an amazing time there and the service, location was really amazing. Also Fernando the pizza baker in the restaurant was an amazing guy! He made really amazing Pizza and ate them everyday a couple of pieces we will all we're really amazed by his pizza's. Also the Receptionists we're lovely people they helped us really great and gave us really amazing places to visit what had to do with culture and what wasn't too touristic because we wanted to see more of the culture of Spain itself then all the populair attracties. Still thank you very much we have seen because of that amazing places. I would recommend everybody to go here and enjoy their hospitality and good food!!

We got the biggest welcome from Raquel on reception when we checked in which set the tone for our stay at the Triton. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hotel is modern, clean and staff appeared hard working and extremely friendly. The hotel was in a great location and the November weather was great for exploring the area without being to hot. We went half board and had our lunch in hotel and our evening meals out which worked well for us. Only sight criticism was the food in the restaurant although it good quality and always fresh it was very repetitive, saying that we have just rebooked for next November 26 and can't wait to return.

Hotel was THE most beautiful hotel ive been too! Cannot fault it the decor was amazing 😍 pools were lovely, cold but once in they were lovely, the lifeguard did come across abit rude though, the pool gates are not ment to open till 10am so you tend to have breakfast and go towards pool after and wait by gate for it to be unlocked, 1 day the gate was unlocked at 9:50am so all of the people heading to the pool a fair few of us assumed it was open the lifeguard came up and shouted at us telling us we shouldn't of been in there, when we stated the gate was unlocked he huffed walked out and then didn't appear again then till 10.25am

I had 1 day my room wasnt cleaned at all no fresh towels nothing. Yet next door to me, opposite me and my sister the otherside of me all got the rooms cleaned and mugs for a hot drink all on the last day, we had nothing prior to this. Cleaners on the other hand were the loveliest most polite people you came across.

The other down fall to this hotel was the food. Was ment to be different foods everynight but 6 out of 7 nights all we ever saw was chicken pork and fish. 1 night they did switch up and do a Chinese night. Its ment to be different foods everynight but it wasnt. The food was not tasty at all. Very samey and very bland.
If you want fried eggs in a morning your basically got to time it right. Again 6 out of 7 mornings I would be waiting around 10mins a time for eggs (ment to be runny) but half the time forgotten about and the yolk was rock solid. Yet morning 7 there were 3 trays of eggs!!
Im all for kids being kids but please can parents atleast be there when children under 8 are going to get food. Multiple times we experienced children dipping fingers in the massive bowls of yoghurt licking fingers and dipping again.

The entertainment is very samey. The best entertainment we saw was the dancers and the saxophonist he was out of this world.
Entertainment for the children before shows 1 child's disco in 7 days. The children's entertainment during the day we didn't see anything for the children not much advertisement  was shown for such a big place.

Arcade is a brilliant idea but very overpriced. Makes no sense to us the the pool tables in the arcade were €2 but the pool tables in entertainment room were €1

Lifts there arnt enough Lifts for such a big place. Alot of people on crutches or mobility scooters the they are having to wait a fair while for a lift to show up, and when you did get in one the doors would open and close for quite a while before actually taking you up or down.

As stated was an absolutely stunning place to stay and for scenery but the food was a major put off.
