Don’t expect a lot it is what it is. Rooms are clean but need updating, staff are all very friendly and helpful! Needs a little more music and effort with the dj and dancers were shocking! Pool party’s were non existent and music was on and off quietly! The food I won’t speak about. Coffee is nice. Alcohol is nice needs a little more options! However best part is the bonus this year the beach bar Starsbar is included on the all inclusive which is great!! This is our second time this year and will come back because we know what to expect it is what it is! Great weekend all in again!!!

Where do I start!!!!
The Pros:- 1, the staff were amazing. They smiled all the time even when dealing with drunk bad mannered guests. The lady behind the inside bar is a credit to the hotel. How she kept her cool sometimes, amazed me.
2, the toaster

Cons:- 1, if your over 30yrs, AVOID!!!
2, As said in previous posts, this hotel is for groups of stag and hens who sleep all day and go out at night. We had a group of girls from what I can only describe as, the cast from My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding!!! Worse, they were put in rooms either side of ours!!!!
Doors banging all night, music being played LOUD till 6am!!!! Lads on another floor, throwing fireworks off their balcony at 7am.
3, food, SHOCKING!!!!!
4, A/I bar stops at 7pm
Thankfully, we only booked for 4 nights.

Our rooms were clean but still trying to figure out why we had 2 showers. Showers were very small. Im an average sized female and had a bit of an issue turning around in it lol. Only 1 of them actually worked. There wasn't any views from our room which was fine didnt stay in them for long, had places to explore. The hotel does need updating but for the price was fine. We had all inclusive package, drinks ended at 7pm which was fine as we were long gone by then.

The hill to walk up and down was a killer but it was fine.

The food was ok would say 7 out of 10. Did have a couple of repeat items and sometimes some of the food even though on a hot plate was cold.

Staff were AMAZING!!!!!! The only thing I wish someone would have told us was about the Star bar on the beach were you can use your all inclusive bands. We knew about it from the reviews but no one actually told us about it.

The music was the same and it was not my taste in music at all. I can stand it but the volume was always to high and when we were in the dinning area they had it blasting in the indoor pool area which was right next door and NO ONE WAS IN THE POOL AREA so there was no need for the music to be like in a club. Definitely would say to switch it up a bit for everyone's taste.

I'm guessing because it is kinda of off season but the pool parties didnt look as fun to be at. We didnt attend but did come back to the hotel a couple times when one was on and like I said before the music was just the same all the time.

Amazing welcome from start to finish . Best child friendly bar we have been too.
Kept children entertained ans helped so much. Highly recommend especially with children with special needs. High five ro our favourite staff member mamileu🫶

Rooms was basic no complaints
Have to keep your plastic cup or tokens at all times or you will be charged for new ones
£50 deposit per person for any room staying in, I stayed beginning of August and still awaiting refund. Had an email response oringally but now I get nothing back from them so me and my friend are still awaiting this. Food was standard, atmosphere was poor due to people dancing around drinking alchohol in the food area as early as breakfast time. Didn’t find this appropriate to be dancing with chairs and flashing their bodies etc.

Great stay !
Food was actually lovely and plenty of choice !
Drinks where good only downfall was the pool bar the queuing was very long cause only one bar was opened.
Staff very friendly!
Our rooms were cleaned every day fresh towels and sheets
Music was ok some days but songs were on repeat but mentioned to staff and it was sorted straight away!
Pity no private shower facilities when checking out!
Lifts were crazy only 1 working out of 3
Definitely would come back again we had a great time

Review for bar included at front of beach but some also applies to the hotel —- Great location on beach and staff happy and friendly and looks nice inside the bar / restaurant area.

Can’t take food to your room with the plates in the canteen but don’t have paper ones so had to mush everything together in a napkin.

Would like to add would return and do think it’s good there’s always the option of food on from pretty much all throughout the day so don’t have to rush to get food and the alcohol portions were good and can access hot and cold drinks throughout the night.
