The complex was built at the end of the nineties and is in excellent condition. The modern construction allows that all rooms have a view of Playa de Poniente and the Bahia de Benidorm. Comprising a total of 160 apartments spread over 26 floors, this complex includes a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lift access and a currency exchange counter. A laundry service is also available on payment of an additional fee. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the parking facilities that may be used on payment of an additional fee. The 24-hour reception is directly linked to the apartments. Pets are not allowed. All additional services must be paid for in cash. A deposit has to be paid upon arrival, which will be refunded on departure, after the condition of the accommodation has been inspected. The welcoming accommodation all comes with a functionally equipped kitchen, bathroom, satellite TV, bedroom, living room and a 15m² glazed southern-facing terrace offering a view of the beach and the harbour. The apartments can accommodate 4 people. Some have 2 and 3 bedrooms and are suited for up to 6 people. All are fully equipped and come with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay including a fridge.
