This was definitely a luxury stay for us, beautiful, classy, and full of historic charm. Every common area had that signature hotel scent of cleanliness and understated luxury. From the moment we arrived, we could tell the service was going to be exceptional.
We were driving a rental car and were initially worried about parking in the old town. Although the hotel doesn’t have on-site parking, if you contact them ahead of time, they’ll give you directions to a nearby public garage and arrange a golf cart pickup, a very thoughtful touch.
The location was excellent, central and just a short walk to the main attractions, restaurants, and bars. Breakfast was included and quite large. Unlike other hotels, it wasn’t a buffet but a traditional Turkish breakfast, beautifully served and generous enough for two people to share. One curious note: drinks like coffee and juice weren’t included, which felt a bit unusual.
One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is split between two separate buildings that are not right next to each other. For example, breakfast and the swimming pool were located in a different building from our room, so we had to walk a couple of blocks down the street to use those amenities.
The only other downside was the lighting in our room, even with a window facing the courtyard, it felt a bit dim and dark inside.
The hotel also offers evening performances with live music during dinner. We didn’t dine in, as we wanted to explore Antalya’s street food scene, but the setting looked very romantic and elegant.

Belmondo Suites exceeded all our expectations thanks to its incredible team. The hotel is located in old town Antalya. Rooms are very clean and the environment is very positive.

Every staff member we met was very friendly, attentive and always helpful going the extra mile creating an atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease.

If you are looking for a place when service is more than just a job where people actually enjoy making guests happy this is the hotel to choose!! Absolutely five starts!!

The Belmondo is simply outstanding. We originally booked for three nights but were so impressed that we extended our stay to a full week. The rooms, restaurant, and overall service exceeded every expectation. This hotel is managed and run with remarkable care and professionalism. What stood out most was the staff — they genuinely love what they do, and their enthusiasm shines through in the warmth of their service and their pride in the hotel. A truly memorable experience.

We had chosen this hotel for the location in the old town. Very easy to find, the hotel is beautiful architecturally and well decorated. The deluxe suite is spacious and well equipped. But we have to mention the exceptional quality of the service and the hospitality that is given in this hotel by the staff members. Making sure you are fine, always trying to find solutions for you and on top of that very efficient. We would like to give a special mention to the two receptionists who welcomed us ( Ms Kubra and Mr Ibrahim for making sure we didn’t need anything) and finally thank you to the GM for the gesture and the time spent with us

We stayed at Belmondo Suites Antalya as a family with three young children, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing.

First, the rooms are very noisy, with loud music playing until midnight every night. Even after being moved to another room, the problem continued, making it impossible for our children (or us as parents) to sleep or rest properly.

Second, the hotel demanded additional charges that were never mentioned at booking or check-in. We had already declared our children before the stay (and two cots were placed in our room), yet the hotel insisted on charging extra for one child. They even refused to move us to a quieter room until payment was made, which felt coercive and unfair.

Third, this is not a child-friendly hotel. At breakfast, no juice was offered for children at all—what are they meant to drink, coffee? For a family hotel this is unacceptable.

Finally, the behaviour of one front-of-house sales manager was aggressive and unprofessional. In front of my children, he pointed his finger at me, incorrectly argued about my son’s age, told me I “must pay more because we complained,” and even slammed his fist on the desk. This was extremely distressing and unacceptable in a hospitality environment.

To be fair, most of the staff (check-in, breakfast team, cleaners, general manager) were friendly, polite, and helpful. Unfortunately, the actions of a single senior staff member, combined with the noise and unfair charges, ruined what could have been a good stay.

If you are a family looking for rest and comfort, I cannot recommend this hotel. At minimum, the management should be honest that the location is noisy and unsuitable for children, rather than pushing extra charges and failing to cater to basic family needs.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful, thoughtfully designed in a way that is ultra comfortable, but also matches well with the aesthetic of the amazing location in the Old Town. The service is wonderful, with people who were dedicated to ensuring we had a great stay. This sort of property is a rare find. We had breakfast twice and dinner at 1 of the hotel restaurants, Hare, serving Turkish cuisine which was the best we've ever had throughout our various trips to Türkiye. The service especially though was top-notch. Our waiter for all of these meals, Yasin took excellent care of us, and through his dedication ensured we had very memorable and enjoyable meals.

One last thing that stood out; sometimes, especially in tourist areas, you are bombarded with QR code cards and requests to write a review on Google or Trip Advisor; in this case NOBODY mentioned or suggested writing a review; it was refreshing that the staff and management here are content to let the OUTSTANDING service and quality speak for itself. I can attest, the glowing reviews you will find here are not here because they were suggested, but because, as in our case, there is a genuine excitement to share what a wonderful experience we had here.

Hands down, one of the most enjoyable stays and dining experiences we've had.
