Excellent, well run Hotel with helpful staff, spacious grounds and very good, varied selection of food and drinks. Location directly next to the beach, many pools and large restaurant make this hotel special.

I recently stayed at the Bellis Deluxe Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and varied — there was always something new to try, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect for relaxing walks or family time.
What really stood out was the animation team. They were energetic, professional, and made every day fun with their great activities and shows. The evening entertainment was especially impressive — every night there was a different, high-quality show that kept us entertained.
Overall, Bellis Deluxe Hotel is a fantastic place for both families and couples. Great food, excellent service, beautiful territory, and a top-notch entertainment team. Highly recommended!

The hotel and surrounding villas are absolutely incredible. What truly makes this place unforgettable, though, is the nature. It feels as if the hotel was built right in the heart of a forest — everything is so lush, green, and beautifully maintained. The territory is huge, more like a village or a beautifully designed park, with tall pine trees, landscaped gardens, and shaded walking paths that create a calm, refreshing atmosphere. Every walk feels like a retreat into nature.

The hotel has a luxury feel, and in many ways it offers more than its price suggests. The food is very diverse and consistently delicious, with plenty of options for every taste. Service is excellent, and the daily shows are spectacular — like a million-dollar performance every evening.

If there is one area that could use attention, it would be the Deluxe Standard rooms. While comfortable, they are showing some signs of wear and could benefit from a cosmetic refresh.

Overall, Belis Deluxe Hotel combines the charm of a vast natural park with the comfort of luxury hospitality, making it a truly memorable destination.

We spent our vacation at this hotel at the beginning of September 2025. Overall, it was a good experience and I would return.

Before arriving, I contacted them on WhatsApp with a few questions about baby food options. They replied quickly and in detail to each question. I appreciated this enormously, as we were traveling with our 8-month-old baby on our first vacation together.

On the first day we arrived around 1 PM, and our room wasn’t ready yet. We had to wait about two hours. I asked at reception if there was a place where I could change our baby, and they told me there wasn’t. I ended up changing him in the women’s bathroom, in the stroller. Later on, during the following days, I discovered that they actually have a baby-changing room equipped with a changing table (near the children’s pool). This was not pleasant at all and it would have been very helpful on the first day to know.

Once the room was ready, they informed us that we received an upgrade. We had a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. We appreciated the extra space—it was genuinely helpful. The cleanliness, however, was done rather superficially, probably in a rush. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed, only swept, and there was still sand and hair on the floor and in the bathroom. Even when I lifted the duvet, I could feel sand on the sheets. I asked for the bed linen to be changed, and they came the same day. Also, whenever we needed fresh towels or clean sheets, it was taken care of promptly.

The minibar was always stocked with water, juices, snacks, and several types of chocolate—constantly replenished. They even brought me 1-liter bottles of room-temperature water for preparing baby formula.

The biggest highlight was the food. Varied and delicious. Every evening there was a different theme—from sushi to tacos and many others. Only the basic dishes were repeated, otherwise, whether at lunch or dinner, there were always new options. There were plenty of choices for babies as well: boiled vegetables, soups, two types of meat daily, unseasoned fish, baby food jars with fruits or vegetables, yogurts, hard-boiled and soft-boiled eggs, and much more. The staff were kind, and whenever they saw us with the baby, they would bring a high chair directly to our table. The high chairs were clean and came with a disposable bib, individually wrapped wet wipe, and a protective cover. Every morning, I requested gluten-free bread and it was always brought fresh and warm.

As for facilities, the pools were clean, and the entire outdoor area was very well maintained. The beach was wonderful—clean, with fine sand. The sea was warm, even in September. We always received clean beach towels whenever needed. The children’s activities were excellent, the little ones had a great time at the mini-disco. The hotel also has a small shop with all essentials, including baby formula, diapers, and even basic medicine. There is also a doctor and a medical office on the ground floor. Plus, they even have an animal park with free entry.

All in all, I would return to this hotel. Despite the inconveniences at the beginning of our stay, I appreciated that everything was eventually resolved. It would help, perhaps during the winter season when there are fewer tourists, to perform a more thorough deep cleaning of the rooms, as well as provide better training for the reception staff, since they are the first point of contact for arriving guests. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Bellis Hotel is a stunning property with breathtaking scenery, well-maintained grounds, and a variety of amazing facilities that make it ideal for both families and couples. The overall hotel experience was elevated by the friendly and helpful staff across most areas — especially at the restaurants and leisure facilities.

However, we had two major issues that affected our stay. First, the reception experience was disappointing. We encountered an extremely rude receptionist who lacked basic customer service and communication skills. This left a negative first impression that didn’t match the rest of the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere.

Second, the room service needs serious improvement. The person answering the phone could not speak English, which made it difficult to place even a simple request. We also placed a dinner order that was never delivered to our room, and no follow-up was made.

With a hotel of this caliber, we expected more consistency in service. If the management improves the front desk professionalism and room service communication, Bellis Hotel can easily be a five-star experience.

We stayed in the Jasmin building — and it was the perfect choice! 🏝️ The room was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, with a stunning view and every little detail you could need for a comfortable stay. The location of the building is ideal: close to the beach, restaurants, and all main leisure areas.

The food is simply beyond praise! 🍽️ An amazing variety of dishes for every taste: the freshest seafood, aromatic grilled specialties, exquisite desserts, and incredible fruits. Every dinner felt like a true gastronomic celebration.

The service is first-class! The staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile, and the warmth and sincerity in how guests are treated is something truly special.

The animation team is just fantastic! 💃🎭 During the day — fun activities and sports programs; in the evening — spectacular shows and concerts that create a festive atmosphere and fill you with energy.

Bellis Deluxe and the Jasmin building combine comfort, beauty, and impeccable service. Leaving was the hardest part, and I know for sure — I’ll be coming back! ❤️🌊
