The most amazing staff! My fiancée and I have stayed with Barcelo there different times in different countries and this is by far the BEST AND NICEST staff everyone here is so accommodating and knowledgeable. The rooms are beautiful so big and spacious, such a quiet resort. The location was great for easy transportation they called us a taxi anytime we needed, and helped us with the MANY MANY questions that we had ! We are so thankful to the staff and so thankful and appreciative of there help in planning my engagement! Excited to come back !

We had the perfect stay here last summer. Easy to park and the staff kindly let us leave our bags and hang by the beautiful pools - there’s two. The really cool beach style one and then another pool great for laps. The rooms are stunning and so clean and absolutely huge. So nice for chilling in. The food is fantastic - we loved going to breakfast and dinner every day. And the staff - waiters, chefs were very nice and friendly.

My stay at this hotel was very interesting we pay the same amount as what people in the summer would just for the rooftop pool to be closed due to maintenance without them telling us that before hand. The luxurious looking pool it’s a shame we can’t go in it because it’s the same temperature as my freezer! The staff at the spa seemed quite rude and judgemental although the staff at the restaurant were lovely.

Reception is awful. Mega uninterested. We checked in on Friday and told them we would leave Sunday before regular breakfast time. We were told to remind them again on the day before we would leave. Apparently there is no way to make the note immediately. The night we left we came to tell them again but we were to late, the night receptionist told us we were a bit stupid to come so late. Very disappoiting!

Great desastre on organization!!
The staff is sofocated and the management is focus on saving!! Next to a bussy road, no sea views!
They get poor variey on buffet.
No stawberries on breakfast ever!!.
No quality on fish,.... frozen overseas; they buy left overs, 6€, kgr. fish tails, as cheap u can get, and market end of day stuff.
Disgusting!!
No staff with experience!!!, just joung people going arround, like "no heads" chikens!
The direction have no apreciation for workers!!!, they keep the tips for management, no extra hours pay!!
So reflect on the overal atención, as people does not enjoy working, and anyone can see the stress on staff, that work their pants off!!

They need a change on management!
