A great hotel for families, spotlessly clean, the cleaners were always busy, no surprises. The hotel rooms were very well-maintained, the bathroom was clean, the refrigerator was constantly restocked, the cleaning ladies constantly brought water, coffee, juice, and tea. The food was new every day, and I really enjoyed every dish. The pools ranged in depth from 40 cm to 160 cm. The water slides were also fantastic. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was as described, rocky but with access to a restaurant. It was fine for sitting and relaxing, but not so great for children to play in the sand. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend this hotel

I stayed at this hotel with my family in the summer of 2018. Although some time has passed, I still remember one very unpleasant situation that happened there.

One evening, we went to the bar, where two bartenders made inappropriate jokes about us. I understood what they were saying, they also used “gestures” and it made me feel very uncomfortable.

We reported this to the hotel staff, but unfortunately, the situation was not handled properly and we did not receive an apology.

I truly hope that people who act this way are not seen as representing the hotel’s standards, and that such incidents won’t happen again.

I stayed at this resort for my holiday. The place is very clean and the service is excellent. A big compliment goes to the young man working at the beach restaurant – he is extremely hardworking, kind, attentive, always smiling and friendly, and he made every day of our stay very pleasant.

Food Quality

For a supposedly 5-star hotel, the food quality was truly dismal and often undercooked. To make matters worse, I found a disgusting feather in a piece of chicken. This really highlights the poor hygiene standards.

Room and Housekeeping Issues

And imagine this: for a family of four, our room came with only three beds! We were grudgingly given an extra - folding bed for one of our children. This is for a hotel that claims to be 5-star, mind you.😂😂
The housekeeping was equally disappointing. The cleaners only replaced towels; our beds were never made, and the toilet seat in the bathroom was soiled from day one and never properly cleaned. This demonstrates a severe lack of attention to basic cleanliness.

The Few Positives

The only silver lining was the outstanding performance of a few hotel staff members. The pool bar team, particularly Emirhan, was incredibly hardworking. The animation staff were a young, energetic group who really put in the effort, and the lifeguards deserve commendation for repeatedly saving children from potential dangers in the water.

We stayed at the Aydinbey Gold Dreams hotel, the impressions were good! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the area is beautiful, lots of greenery and swimming pools. The animation is active, children will definitely like it. The food is delicious and varied, the staff is polite and helps with any request. A great option for a quiet and relaxing vacation. I recommend!

I was on holiday with family.

In my opinion hotel should have 3 stars.
Some facts about the hotel:

Minuses:
1) Hotel stuff not speak in english (only few person... ). Russian and turkish language are more welcome here in my opinion and its about 85% of guests.
2) The beach doesn't look like on the photos on hotel website, and the sunbeds are literally crammed next to each other. The beach is rocky and pebble, not sandy and pebble.
3) The lobby bar wasn't open 24/7 as advertised, but only from 10:00 AM to midnight.
4) In the bathroom, water constantly leaked from the bottom of the shower faucet when you turned on the shower head.
5) There was mold in the shower stall in our room... The glass wall itself was glued to the tiles with a huge amoumt of silicone.
6) After the earthquake, our air conditioning started leaking heavily (probably a drain pipe had come loose). We don't blame the hotel for thst, as it's beyond anyone's control. Unfortunately, it took two days and four calls for someone to come and fix it... The air conditioning couldn't be used during this time, otherwise we'd had a "private pool in the entire room".
7) The shower faucet was a standard, lever-type faucet with a spout (tap) and handset (for a 5-star hotel, it should have been thermostatic with a rain shower head). Furthermore, it was so poorly installed that holes in the tiles were visible under the cover for the water pipes connected to the shower faucet.
8) There were few hotel staff, which resulted in ubiquitous dirt on the tables and floors in both lobbies.
9) The pool bathrooms are entered twice – the first and the last time. They were dirty, the soap dispensers are broken, so you can't się the soap, and in the men's restroom, the urinal partitions were mounted provisionally with angle brackets and screws, which are already wobbling sideways.
10) The public bathrooms near the lobbys were clean, but here too, the tiles were patched with plaster, the urinal drains were clogged, and the flush sensors were screwed together with sheet metal screws.
11) The pool ladders were damaged; one had a step dislodged when exiting the water. Several people (not just me) reported it several times to have it repaired. Nothing was done about it.
12) All the activities for children are the same every day, with zero variety. My daughter (7 years old) decided after three days that she did not want go because it was the same.
13) Breakfast and dinner were 90% the same dishes every day.
14) I often heard the phrase "machine unusable" referring to the drink machines used by the bartenders, meaning they often didn't work.
15) The elevators had buttons that were stuck or broken, and with each passing day, it was scary to press them because they would collapse completely and have to pay for the repair.
16) Generally, there were cracked walls everywhere, patched plasterboard, holes in outlets covered with duct tape, and falling wall decorations, for example, at the reception desk in the hammam.
17) The minibar was supposed to be refilled daily, but out of seven times, they only did it twice.
18) During our entire stay, we didn't see the pools cleaned. The area around the pools, where the loungers were located, also wasn't swept, leaving trash lying around for days.

Positives:
1) Some workers managed to communicate using a translator, which made communication much easier.
2) The room was generally clean and cleaned daily.
3) The dining areas were also bery clean.
4) The staff didn't allow anyone in swimsuits into the restaurant.
5) The food was very tasty but there wasn't much choice.
6) The staff quickly cleared away used plates when the table was empty and immediately replaced them.
7) The staff was helpful and very friendly.
8) Wi-Fi was indeed available everywhere.
9) The hotel's location was excellent. Close to shops, markets, and shopping centers.
10) There were numerous activities for adults throughout the day. The animators were very positive and smiling.
11) Various activities were organized daily.
12) The best was Turkish Day.
