We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The building itself and the rooms are very beautiful, and everything was kept extremely clean – housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay.
The beach, unfortunately, is quite rocky and gets deep rather quickly, which makes swimming a bit uncomfortable. However, the hotel also offers a pool that is very nice and well maintained, so that balanced things out for us.
All the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable during our holiday. The bartenders, in particular, were exceptional – always friendly, smiling, and creating a great atmosphere.
When it comes to food, there is a fairly large variety, but we did feel that the menu was somewhat repetitive from day to day. This is an area where a little more variety would make a big difference.
Overall, we enjoyed our time here very much and would recommend this hotel, especially for its friendly staff and relaxing environment.

The staff is super friendly, kind and helpful. Big thanks to the bar and restaurant workers, reception, waiters, Olive restaurant workers (daytime and a la karte), cleaners, those who made delicious donuts and gözleme.

Huge thank you to the kids club ladies, you are amazing! Great arts and crafts area, kind and attentive people there to take care of your kid.
Cool mini disco and playground (though pretty hot at midday, so we used it before the night show).

Entertainment: we very much enjoyed two dance shows, and just skipped anything that wasn't for us. Animation guys are not pushy, so you can join the activities or do your own thing.

Pools: kids pool was quite cool as it's in the shade, but we didn't have a problem with that and just used the main one and the one in the slides area. Slides are super fun!

Kitchen: honestly, there were some positions that were not great, but we always found something to enjoy.

Bar: great, nothing to add. Pool bar staff is always smiling, chatty. Main bar has a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Beach: we liked it very much. Warm sea, nice beach. We went there after 3-4 pm so there were more seats available.

Room: cool screen panel near a room door, good WiFi, spacious beds, proper bed for our kid+an armchair. Modern bathroom, big wardrobe, nice long table, free safe locker and minifridge. We had a view to another hotel's swimming pool and the disco there finishes at midnight, and first I thought it would be awful, but eventually we were so knocked down each day that we didn't hear any noises at night. Conditioner was working ok.

Amazing resort where you have everything you need for a perfect vacation. Everything is clean and well organized. Room big enough, with safe inside each room. Rooms are cleaned every day (or per request). Place is at beach front. At your way to the beach you are passing restaurant area and spa, swimming pools and three outside restaurants. Huge variety of food for every meal, everything so tasty. During the day you have almost entire day places where you can take snacks, and at the spot prepared local food (guzleme). Also, entire day free drinks at the pool bar which you can take wit you at the beach also. Beach is well organized, with hundreds of sun lounger for the hotel's guests. Beach is sendy, but when entering the sea you have small rocks and the water is deep after several meters. Warm sea and clean water. Every evening, at arena they are organizing amazing singing and dancing shows. Near the hotel you have two big shopping malls (bazars). All recommendations!

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had on a vacation.

From the very beginning, it was a total failure. We arrived at the hotel with a slight delay (around 4:30 PM) because our checked luggage was delivered late by Antalya airport. Obviously, being hungry, we asked at reception where we could eat. They told us that all the restaurants were closed and that we could only have dinner starting from 6:30 PM. Alternatively, they suggested we go to the pastry shop, where we could find a snack until dinner.

But the real “fun” only started after four days. We began to feel our noses getting blocked and started coughing. We discovered that the air conditioning system hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Considering that we had unpleasant experiences in the past caused by dirty air conditioning full of bacteria and germs, we asked the "guest assistance office" for help. There, a gentleman promised me the issue would be fixed that very day and that someone would come to clean the system. Nobody ever showed up. And so, the whole family caught a cold.

Well... on the fifth day, in the morning, my daughter woke up with a terrible headache and a fever. We gave her the usual treatment (Nurofen, Paracetamol), thinking it was just sunstroke. But we wanted a doctor to check her. To our surprise, the hotel doctor was nowhere to be found, and the nurse was more like a decorative figure. In the meantime, the vomiting and diarrhea started. Today, after we arrived back home, my daughter was seen by her doctor, who concluded that she had developed gastroenteritis, most likely caused by the pool water or the food.

And let’s not forget the cherry on top. Yesterday afternoon, we returned the beach towels in order to get our cards back. There, a very frustrated “lady” asked me something in Turkish. Obviously, not knowing the language, I asked her if she spoke English. At that moment, visibly upset and sarcastic, she told me: *“English? Go home, go home… Bye Bye.” Is this the typical hospitality in your hotels?

On top of all that:

Dirty curtains and a dirty armchair in the room
Extremely weak Wi-Fi
Evening shows dedicated exclusively to Russian guests
Zero imported beer (even though we paid for an ultra all-inclusive package)
Stray cats freely wandering around the restaurants
A broken balcony door
Many noisy and drunk Russian guests
No showers around the pool area

Later edit, for the hotel owner:

I didn't blame you for the late delivery of our luggage. I was complaining that I didn't have the possibility to eat something, even if I had to pay for this. The patisserie was not a suitable option, because I can't eat sweet.

You didn't clean the air conditioning system. I looked at it, on our last day of vacation. Please do not distort the truth, just to make it seem like you have done something.

If the medical and spa staff are external, you should end the contract with them. They are useless.

Regarding the hygiene standards, I don't know who checked you but I can say that your swimming pool is not chlorinated, so it's not clean enough.

Where are the showers near the pool.?
I only saw the showers near the seaside.

Why should I report the balcony door, when even the first problem with the air conditioning hasn’t been solved? I solved the problem myself, because it was quite clear that you are unreliable.

This is not a 5-stars hotel!!! It might have been once, many-many years ago, but not anymore. This is more like a 2-3-stars hotel now. Don’t waste your money and precious holiday time on it. Better go to a smaller but newer even 4-star hotel in another area of Turkey, instead of infamous Belek.

Everything is really old in Aydinbey, everything is neglected, rooms are not fixed properly, they are just fixed so things don’t fall apart. We had mold, spider webs, and all kinds of things in our room. When asked for a newer room at the front desk they said all the rooms are in the same condition.
Food is repeatable, no variety.
Staff is not even trying to serve you nicely, they are just there doing their bare minimum avoiding any contact with guests.
The chaise lounges at the beach are waaaaay to close to each other without a possibility to distance from other people more, because the beach area belonging to the hotel is very narrow, so all the loud russians (which are the majority of the guests) are speaking into your ear at least from one if not all sides possible.
The beach sand wasn’t really clean.

Any good things?
+ Free WiFi covered the whole area of the hotel.
+ sea was amazing, quite in the morning and wavy in the afternoon.

(This stay in July 2025 was my 5th beach holiday in Türkiye, so I have what to compare it to).

Not much to complain about. Nice room and hotel overall. We enjoyed the food, and the beach had enough equipment, with a clean and warm sea. Maybe the small stones on the shore are not for everyone.
What I would suggest is better educating some guests that swimsuits are not appropriate clothing for either lunch or dinner. Guests should also be reminded not to waste food.

I took my son to this hotel for his 18th Birthday. We had a great time, friendly staff. Clean environment, clean room. They made free birthday cake for my son! Amazing place and I would definitely come back again. We enjoyed our stay.  Thank you Aydinbey
