Keeping in mind this hotel has 4 stars hotel and not 5, it deserves a 5 star rating.

The hotel seems very clean, the breakfast has a lot of options even though I think the quality could be a bit improved, the staff is super nice and the location is perfect.

I booked to late so it was a bit pricey, but with the proper time it should give a good value for money.

Just take care that the shower is a bit suitable more for couples. If you go with friends it may be awkward.

I would stay there again.

Spent 5 nights at Aya Seahotel for cycling trips on Mallorca. Overall great experience. I have to highlight that service was very good. I accidentally left something at Aya Seahotel. Staff organized shipping to my homecountry.

The hotel is a t a good location. The staff are very helpful, however they should be csreful who they are referring the guests to when booking a car.
The location is very vibrant with people and tourists streaming along, good breakfast and restaurant below has good food and prices comparatively.
Room is spacious but layout is weird. Although it felt good using the shower and looking out to the ocean at the same time, the toilet does not have a fan, no lock on the door, and very close to the sink which is situated outside. The shower is really good with excellent water pressure. They do not provide any shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, although the staff was very kind to give us lotion on the first night. It is inconvenient due to traveling restrictions incase you are bringing just a hand luggage.
We had stayed 5 nights at this hotel  and our sheets were not changed even once. Pillows are very uncomfortable and water also kept leaking out the shower door as the door opened towards the room and not inside the shower. Our balcony was very clean when we first arrived, but was not cleaned again after that. Just a sweep everyday would have felt good as we were using it to sit outside daily.
Rooms should get cleaned by 3.00 pm so when we are returning back from being outside for a few hours, atleast we would find it clean. They were not being cleaned until almost 4.00 pm. All in all, it was good and I would have it a 7/10 rating.

The staff at Aya are all super! Friendly,  fun, helpful and professional. My room had the perfect sea view. The rooms are well fitted, comfortable and clean.  I even had a sea view from the shower! I treated myself to the massage therapy.  The treatment room had a damp smell but I can’t fault the masseuse, she did an excellent job. Nothing beats the location of the hotel, right opposite the beach. If you don’t mind the summer break party crowd on the streets, this is the perfect spot. I would definitely go back.

One of the worst Hotels i have ever visited if not the worst! Very disrespectful and racist staff!! I also just saw that all negative comments here on google maps are mainly about the unfriendly and disrespectful staff not about the hotel or the location please fix this!
