One night stay due to flight cancellation. Beautiful hotel, lovely breakfast. The hotel reception were lovely and courteous with the few hundred people dropping in after midnight! The room was comfortable with a nice balcony.

We have used this hotel before when the children were young and im pleased to say it hasn’t changed, lovely helpful staff and spotlessly clean, actually immaculate, our grown up son has a nut allergy and they made sure he was kept safe helping us enjoy our break we cannot thank the Avanti enough, don’t change you are amazing

Perfect for me..all i needed and close to the scenic walk to the harbour.
Enough restaurants around plus you have the harbour....and on the bus route...recommended highly.

Spent a week at Hotel Avanti with my daughter and 2 young grandsons. Room was spacious enough with 2 camp beds, hot shower with a daily clean and towel change. Small fridge which just about kept our water cool. We were aware of the lack of plug sockets so we brought an extension lead which was a life saver. Lots of option at breakfast although some of the food was just warm.
Pool was busy and being the height of school holidays with entertainment daily which was very popular the team worked hard. Sunbeds! If you weren't prepared to get up at 6am then you missed out. Pool towels were available between 10am - 11am.
Nightly entertainment nothing special but an option if you wanted to stay around the hotel.
A good few restaurants in the vicinity to choose from.
The biggest downside was the cost to keep your room on the day of check-out 70 euros until 6pm a little outrageous in our opinion.

Recommend to anyone rooms are clean and good size the staff could no do enough for you and pool with swim up bar was great
