Spent a week at Hotel Avanti with my daughter and 2 young grandsons. Room was spacious enough with 2 camp beds, hot shower with a daily clean and towel change. Small fridge which just about kept our water cool. We were aware of the lack of plug sockets so we brought an extension lead which was a life saver. Lots of option at breakfast although some of the food was just warm.
Pool was busy and being the height of school holidays with entertainment daily which was very popular the team worked hard. Sunbeds! If you weren't prepared to get up at 6am then you missed out. Pool towels were available between 10am - 11am.
Nightly entertainment nothing special but an option if you wanted to stay around the hotel.
A good few restaurants in the vicinity to choose from.
The biggest downside was the cost to keep your room on the day of check-out 70 euros until 6pm a little outrageous in our opinion.

The staff is universally friendly, polite, and hospitable, resulting in truly exceptional service throughout our visit. The hotel cultivates a visibly family-friendly environment, which is enhanced by a high-quality program of daily evening entertainment for all ages, including live music, dancing, fire shows, and magic performances. Its location, while providing distance from the Old City, contributes significantly to a highly quiet and tranquil atmosphere.

Area for Improvement: Dining

A notable oversight was the absence of espresso options during the breakfast service. For a hotel operating in 2025, this is a surprising omission that slightly detracts from the overall guest dining experience, but you can order a good coffe at the bar for addtional amount of 4eur.

Serious Incident: On-Site SPA

However, I am deducting one star due to a severe and concerning incident involving the on-site spa facility. A therapist unfortunately caused a back injury from which I am still recovering two months afterward. Compounding this issue, the spa premises were observed to be unclean, poorly maintained, and the services are significantly overpriced for the quality delivered.

Due to the demonstrable unprofessional conduct and clear concerns over safety and hygiene standards, I strongly advise future guests to avoid this spa facility for their own well-being.

Nice enough place give it a solid 3 stars for quality. However, our ground floor room with terrace flooded on second use of shower. Drain completely blocked. Right mess. Two days later noticed another room same issue but they’d had water come right onto corridor carpet which was soaking. Breakfast fair enough and good range.

An award winning hotel from both TUI and Jet2. The rooms were spacious and the beds really comfy. The rooms were serviced daily. The Pool area is large with a swim-up bar.
The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is situated about a 25 minutes walk from Paphos seafront.
You can walk either beside the main road or take the Promenade path. If you don't want to walk to the seafront and back, then a Taxi is €15.
There is a bus (611)  from right outside of the hotel if you prefer.
There are restaurants and bars/pubs across from the Hotel.

Great hotel, breakfast absolutely fantastic, has everything you could want. Pool is massive and plenty of room for everyone. Location is brilliant, couple of hundred metres to the beach, harbour a 20 minute walk.

This hotel is located just a 20 minutes' driving distance away from Paphos Airport. This wonderful hotel enjoys a stunning architectural design, blending effortlessly with its natural surroundings. The guest rooms are beautifully appointed, offering a haven of peace and serenity in which to completely unwind at the end of the day. The hotel offers a range of excellent facilities, meeting the needs of every type of traveller.
