Things To Keep In Mind

We booked a twin room which comes with queen and single beds and there is a balcony facing the pool. The view is good and with laundry lines for us the hang clothes or towels etc. The beds are alright but the blanket provided is quite thin. There is no hot water in the shower, the temperature comes from the solar panel on the roof. Out of our 7 days stay, we get almost 3-4 days of no hot water on 2 rainy days and 2 days if we shower after the sun goes down. The bathroom is not of good standard, enough to shower and use, quite old. The pool is a good size and reasonable sun beds for tanning. This hotel sells WiFi for EUR2 daily, there is no more free WiFi. It's 3 star which provide all in food service, per night at EUR103/USD119, reasonable for 2+1 persons.

Location is superb, places like the beach, supermarket, restaurant dining, shops along the town centre are within 5-10mins walk. This hotel is not right next to the beach so don't get confused. If you want to book, have to find Astoria Hotel Kemer Spa and all inclusive.

The service staff are polite and some speak good English and do use Google translate to communicate so they are proficient in their own way.

This hotel serves a wide variety of food (alot of salad vegetables choices, meat, cooked eggs in omelette, sunny side up, egg with milk, wedges, fries, vegetable stews), from breakfast, snacks, lunch, tea break, dinner and supper and free flow of drinks at their wine bar (10am-10.30pm). During dinner, they do have live stations like kebab, bbq lamb, turkey and live shows like belly dance, and sometimes external vendors to sell turkey tea and perfumes for the hotel guests.

Alot of parking by the roadside, you can park your car anywhere outside the hotel and it's free.

After a 10-hour journey, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted, only to be told at reception that the “electricity” was off in our booked room and that no alternative rooms were available.

Instead, we were transferred to another hotel where the conditions were absolutely unacceptable — dirty, unhygienic, and inhumane.

The next day, we were assured that we would finally receive the room we had originally paid for. However, instead of the booked double room with an extra single bed, we were given a room with just two single beds — completely different from what we reserved.

Its totally obvious there was no electricity issue, but despite our reservation 6months in advance, the hotel was overbooked because of their greed.

This hotel is dishonest, misleading, and treats its guests with no respect. It feels like a scam.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

If I could set zero stars, in my ten-year journey, this is by far the worst hotel in history.
I arrived and they had no room for me, they made me sleep in a horrible hotel across the street, promising me a room the next morning,  then they had the audacity to cancel my reservation, letting me pay 3 times the price of a last-minute reservation.
This 4-star hotel is worse than a motel, please stay away.

TO RUN AWAY FROM!! the worst hotel of our lives. Not even close to 2 stars, let alone 4. Absolutely dirty in the rooms and common spaces, food was awful, we were scammed by the location, was 70km away from address they put in Booking. They don’t turn on the AC even with 40 degrees, people are burning hot with the weather.
Supposedly All inclusive but we were hungry the entire day cuz everything was SO bad. Please avoid!!!!

One week ago we've been here and I can say that in 5 days we eat almost same food(we had all inclusive) I don't recommend this Hotel I give 1* for food. When you coming in Turkey first this you say that you will eat baclava but we didn't see anything like that. The staff was ok but the food just 1 star. And at he Pool the waterslide never ever was working 😕😕and the kids pool was very dirty the water😡
