Booked through Love holidays and the pictures and description couldn’t be further from what this hotel actually is.
Very run down, and in desperate need of some renovations, maintenance and tidy up.
Booked all inclusive and from the pictures looked but food has to be the poorest selection I have ever experienced in any hotel.
Breakfast: only meal of the day that was edible ( believe me, me and hubby are not fussy) 5 cooked items, plain yogurt, croissants and toast ohhh and a bowel of tinned peaches on a couple of the mornings.
Lunch: previous nights left overs which was spaghetti bolognaise for 4 days, one the meat dish, bowel of lettuce and 2 small Bowles of either some pickles or tomatoes. Bread rolls,
Snack bar:  plain cake and dry biscuits between 4-5pm left on the bar.
Evening: 2 meat dishes, 1 fish dish, bowel
Of salad and lump of feta cheese. Pudding was icecream of melon slices.
Bar: lobby bar is being used as an ironing station, reception not 24hr as hardly seen anyone on it.
Pool bar not staffed. 6 different bottles of local spirits that you could help yourself too. Soda machine unbranded warm flat drinks.
Nothing for kids to eat. Most people staying went off site for good and drink!!!
Safety box not in rooms but on a stairway.
Longers and parasols ripped and poor quality,
Kids play area again falling apart!
Rooms: stayed in room 220
Room to be fair was clean, mis-matched run down.  Mattrwss can feel the wires so had to put blankets on top of it. Plug sockets hanging out of wall, air conditioner kept cutting out then dripping water all night. Toilet leaking/ shower leaking, shower curtain rail wobbley.
Aeroplane flight route over head which was noises but got used to it.
Positives: lovely staff who were very friendly.
Clean and fresh daily towels, bins in room emptied daily. Close to the beach.
So to sum up: came across as if the owners are genuinely financially struggling to maintain and upkeep this property. This hotel with a bit of investment could be turned into a beautiful gem, but unfortunately would not return under any circumstances as it is.

Long review if you want to read but an honest one….

If you want a quiet holiday then this is perfect for you. Nothing but praise for the staff here. They work so hard and so friendly and extremely helpful.

The rooms are basic but perfect, let’s face it we don’t spend a lot of time in there, the one thing that is a good is the rooms have air conditioning and you need it.

The pool is lovely and clean, plenty of beds around the pool. You can help yourself to Wine and beer on tap in the restaurant all day and night.

For us there is only one negative and that was the food. It was tasty and plenty of it, just a limited choice, and sadly not a lot of fruit.

On the whole this place is a hidden gem for the money you pay and we will be returning.

Let’s face facts, if you want 5 star then book 5 star but remember the sun is still the same down the road.

Simply fair for the price. Friendly and welcoming staff and people in general. Food was amazing, quite simple and selection was not big but rotating each day. Clean rooms and you can ask for cleaning by leaving your key on reception any day. During food serving you can meet cute kitten.
From other side hotel is quite old and sometimes there was no hot water(probably every guest was using it at the same time)
Location is good, 3.5 euro ticket to Rhodos city, rent a car everywhere.

Myself and two friends arrived at this hotel in the early hours of the morning. We were supposed to be in Rhodes Town but due to problems with our holiday company we sent to Asterias Bay. Although there was no reservation for us, we were made very welcome by Bill who gave us accommodation. Anastasia, the manager was very helpful and kind the next day and we ended up staying for the week. The staff are brilliant here. Good location, we had a sea view and within walking distance of the village, Theologos. Tips, go to Billy's Place for fab food and buy your bus tickets from the supermarket by the bus stop.

Great hotel beautiful well looked after garden hotel  litle tired but very clean we stayed there as our hotel in Rhodes fell through  from love holidays who were a night mare! Never book with them again. However, all the  staff at Hotel were amazing, especially Anastasia, and Bill would recommend it. Great food, too!

It was pretty nice for someone who doesn't want to worry about food but isn't very high demanding, it's a pretty quiet place and doesn't have much nightlife and the beach is very close which is awesome and without big crowds of people, it's a pebble beach and it's pretty windy there so if you don't like walking on rocks just bring some water shoes and you are good to go, there aren't sharp rocks so you'll be fine walking barefoot, it depends on the preference. The water is crystal clear, not right where it meets the beach because the sand mixies with the waves but other than that it's perfectly looking azure water. The rooms are okay, peetty simple, pretty plain, but for sleeping there it's fine, the outside looks pretty good and the pool is amazing as well!!
