Room service

Nicely located hotel in the old town, near the viewpoint. Warm pool, sweet oranges growing, and a bar onsite. Common spaces and staff were great - beautiful marble staircases. Room was a good size, but in need of some updates (rusty faucet, water damaged trim in several places). Breakfast buffet was extensive and quite delicious.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I truly felt I had to.

We stayed at the Aspen Hotel in Kaleiçi (Antalya's Old Town), and our experience was excellent from beginning to end.

Before we even arrived, we had an issue with our Booking.com reservation. Our original booking included breakfast, but due to a problem with the platform, we had to make a new reservation, which ended up costing more and did not include breakfast. After explaining the situation to the Front Office Manager, **Hande**, she handled everything with exceptional professionalism, kindness, and empathy. Even though she had no obligation to do so, she decided to include breakfast for my entire family (four of us). That gesture meant a great deal to us and showed what genuine customer care is all about.

Throughout our stay, Hande was outstanding. On another day, we had a problem with a tour pickup because vehicles are not allowed to enter the Old Town. She did everything she could to help us, contacted a transportation company, and stayed with us until we found the best solution. We eventually decided to drive ourselves, but her willingness to help and her genuine concern were remarkable.

As for the hotel itself, it is exactly what you should expect from a charming boutique hotel located in the heart of the Old Town. If you are looking for a large luxury resort, this is a different concept. However, if you appreciate authenticity, character, a perfect location, and outstanding hospitality, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Our room was spotless every single day. The housekeeping team made the bed, replenished all the amenities, cleaned everything thoroughly, and even folded our clothes and pyjamas with great care. It was the attention to these small details that really stood out.

Another major advantage was the private parking, which was extremely convenient since we had rented a car during our trip.

My five-star rating is not only because of the hotel itself, but above all because of the wonderful people who work there. Hande's kindness, professionalism, and genuine care, together with the excellent service provided by the entire team, made our stay truly memorable.

Thank you for making our holiday even more special. I highly recommend Aspen Hotel to anyone visiting Antalya.

Se quiseres maximizar o impacto no Google e no Booking, esta versão soa completamente natural para um falante nativo e destaca muito bem a equipa, especialmente a Hande.

The hotel is rather nice, with a pool, lots of terrace space, nice enough rooms, and convenient locations.

But the service was pretty terrible. There is a brochure at the hotel with a bunch of tours. I asked this lady at front desk in the morning of day 2 to help me book for day 3. She called the tour agency and I said to the tour group that I would like to confirm and they said they will get my info from the front desk. The next day I was at front desk at 6:20 as the tour group told me. But no one is there. I asked front desk again (a different guy). He said he would call the tour company and he told me the tour was 7:20. I was really confused but I figured I should trust him. I was there again 7:20, then the tour guy showed up and it was for a different tour. Then I learned the hotel never sent my info to the company so they thought I didn’t want to go. So two screw ups in a row by the front desk. Luckily the tour company eventually was able to get me on the tour by I had to pay double to catch up with the big group with car.

I travelled for a decade and this type of major mistakes never happens. Please hire some staff that either speak English properly or at least use a translator to try to understand.

For other guests, just book the tours by messaging the WhatsApp yourself. Otherwise you are just at the mercy of hotel staff’s competence which is unpredictable.

Nice small hotel with a pool in the main part of town. The staff friendly and willing to help if needed. It's situated in probably the best spot as not noisy later if you want to go to bed early.

Beautiful hotel, incredibly kind staff. Very clean suites, in the heart of old town. Just wish there wasn't so many stairs.I would definitely go again.
