the staff were really nice, but the room har dirty floor and walls, the bathroom was really dirty especially in the shower. we had to pay for air-condition and when it first were on there was a moldy smell coming from it, first time we didn’t think too much of it but after a while we noticed the stench coming from it. the shower water was either freezing cold or boiling warm, it was almost impossible to shower. overall we rate it a 6/10

We stayed here 15 days, was a super nice hotel the staff at the reception was the best, we had a pleasant stay .

restaurant was okey and the swimming pool too,

Rooms could use a rework kinda old and cracked, also a double room isnt that good, we saw the pictures on the website it looked nice but that was probaly just a stockphoto or somehow ai, because the room looked like i was visiting beachside russia.

like the toilet and shower were just nasty, bidet just sprayed my jewels and was cold asf, the airconditioning was kinda dirty some nights it would start leaking brownish stuff (but after asking the reception we did had few days without it), also i hate their shower sometimes it would just be heaven and then it would just turn on north pole mode and then hell and then inbetween,

the extra blanket was dirty yellowish marks, and the blue cover under the bed had some qeustionable marks on them i think someone liked to eat italian in bed,

also the roomservice cleaning was kinda meh sometimes they came sometimes they didnt or you would just get your old stuff back or stuff with more marks and somehow a smokerhole in it. also be prepared to buy toiletpaper extra because we had some days without we just bought it eventually but its kinda nice if your sitting down that there is something too wipe with.

i think it would also improve if they would just vacuum and dust off, it takes a few sec, i did it anyway because i kinda hate dust spots, but overall good.

Restaurant next too it is okey, food was okey depends on the dish, ENGLISH BREAKFAST DONT DO IT... and PANCAKES (6 euro a piece) but overall super nice staff very helpfull and kind.

Overal good the staff was the best, if they would renew the rooms and maybe step up the roomservice cleaning game this hotel would be 4 stars. pool was also nice after a long day also clean. i wouldnt visit it again probaly a 5 star hotel or one closer too the city wall but for people that go too the beach full day or go do trips its okey

I recently stated this hotel the hotel receptionist the young guy who worked during the day was absolutely fantastic and his English was perfect. However, the food was expensive even just for a bottle of water that you would pay 15 Turkish lira at the local shop they charged 100 Turkish lira. The restaurant staff most were okay the guy older guy with grey hair very friendly but there was a guy called Ahmet who worked for them and he was asking me for money to pay his rent.. The guy at the front with a bit of a ponytail Was very angry looking and if he wasn’t eating there, he didn’t seem to be bothered.

It is a very nice hotel considering it only has 3 stars. Good restaurant connected to the hotel. The location could not be better. The rooms are standard, but they do have really hot water in the shower, which I have even had bad luck with in 5 star hotels. A good choice if you want to see the city and not just stay in an all inclusive hotel.

Good:
- Receptionist can speak English and cleaning stuff is very pleasant, and polite.
- They change sheets and towels every two days.
- Good location of the hotel.

Bad:
-	Very unprofessional managing of the business, we booked room at time, and because our flight arrived late in evening we checked in hotel around midnight. What we found in ‘our’ room the first time we entered in is simply disgusting. Other people stuff thrown around, bathroom dirty, beds dirty, used sheets, dirty floor. Unacceptable. When we notified receptionist that was working, he apologised and was very polite, yet when I asked him to simply give us another room, he said that there are not other rooms available at the moment and that they will clean it immediately the best possible at this moment and tomorrow morning when cleaning stuff arrives they will clean it properly. After short wait they arrived and let us know that our room is clean and we can start using it.
Considering how we found it, what time of the night was, and that non cleaning personnel cleaned it, it was considered clean and usable.
Tomorrow they again cleaned our room, changed sheets, towels etc. But is it was not midnight I would just leave and find another hotel.
But let’s get back to the question of availability, first morning we were leaving hotel and walking down the hallway, we noticed some rooms being empty. Event after few days being there we didn’t notice the hotel has more than 10-15 guests, even it was double there is 30 or more rooms, so there must be a room that they were able to give us instead of ours.
- Second big issue is that room that we got was not room we have booked. It didn’t look anything like on photos. First, room did not have double bed, it had two single beds. Two single beds can be connected and considered double bed, that is true, but… On their photos the rooms have a chair, the rooms have luggage holder. Ours didn’t, yet the room we booked did. It is a seaside town hotel, and they do not have any place or piece of furniture dedicated to drying clothes. I have mentioned what we didn’t have but was on photos, now, what we got was in very special condition. Floor is failing apart, bathroom ceiling is even worse. Shower cabin is that much small that a regular sized person can not turn around in it, and the shower cabin itself looks very dirty and disgusting, and taking shower in it and leaving without accidentally touching it is almost impossible. Water pressure is very low, but water temperature is wild. Once you start using water on the shower things become crazy, at the moment you set water to some temperature you have exactly three seconds before it changes to totally opposite side of the scale, so to the hottest or coldest available. Many times we have burned ourselves this way.
- Sound isolation is non existent, I believe the room doors are made from cardboard because every time someone is talking on a hallway you hear them like they are next to you.
- Some of the other things hotel does not give you: Soap, Shower gel, Shampoo, toilet paper, slippers (to use). What they give you is a liquid soap (both in shower cabin and at the bathroom sink) in a soap dispenser you would not like to touch and few rolls of toilet paper that were in the room when we checked in, and until last day they didn’t refill toilet paper for us. They also do not have toothbrush holder in toilet nor the shelf close to the mirror in bathroom for a guests to leave their cosmetics or contact lenses.
- They do not have free AC, nor free WiFi in the rooms. And even when you pay for WiFi you get to use it on only one device, if you want multiple devices you must pay multiple times. It’s not per room. Once you pay internet is ok, not close to fast, but usable.

Avoid this hotel. Avoid this hotel if the money is not of big question, for 50 or so euros per night, cleaner, tidier and better suited hotel is expected. If the night was less than 10 euros I wouldn’t be surprised.
Love yourself, go somewhere else.

Spend an extra $10-20 and book something a little better. As soon as you walk in they have a paper asking you to pay for wifi and Air conditioning in the rooms, and in euros hahaha. But don't worry they give you 10% off at the restaurant next door which is overpriced to hell to begin with. There's also no parking available despite it saying on booking.com that there's parking available. Brought this up with the guy working front desk and he said "oh we will change that on the website." I highly doubt they will do anything as dozens of people probably complain about this every week.

Please just listen to me and stay away. The only good thing about the hotel is it encourages to stay outside and not come back to the hotel because of how depressing it is .
