We are very satisfied with the hotel we chose. The location is excellent – a little away from the city noise, yet still close to the city center. The hotel is right by the beach, which is very convenient. The food is tasty and the selection is sufficient. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would be happy to come again!

We were at the hotel in question at the beginning of October, the problems started when we arrived and checked in, which took more than three hours, considering it was during the day and there were at most seven people.We were extremely unpleasantly surprised when they placed us in a room located outside the hotel building in a shack, and the room there was extremely narrow with two small beds And almost no distance between them. When asked to explain to the hotel why they didn't accommodate us in such a room given that we had paid for a standard one, they didn't explain that there were simply no standard rooms available.After much arguing, we were accommodated the next morning in a standard room, later we found out that this is a common practice in this hotel.The hotel in question is offered and sold as a five-star hotel, but my personal opinion is that these are five stars in Turkish. In reality, the hotel does not deserve even three. I am not even sure if it has any category at all.Otherwise, the hotel is in a good location, the food is plentiful but uniform, and the hygiene is relatively good.The water in the pool was definitely below 20 degrees because it was not heated, the beach is completely rocky, the sun loungers are placed extremely close together and at any moment you can see someone's feet in front of you.We were left with an extremely bad impression by the lack of English and the attitude of the girls in the lobby bar, who when you tried to explain what you wanted, started cursing, thinking that you didn't understand them. The only good thing about this hotel was the spa treatments we received. In short, this hotel is not worth even half the price we paid for it!

Very good in all aspects, the staff are very nice and they take the initiative to help without being asked, very clean, the beds are comfortable and spacious, the rooms are comfortable, the place is not noisy and quiet, suitable for a short vacation, the service is very excellent and the variety of food, except that I am an Arab Muslim, I faced some difficulty in finding what suits me from food, and I understand this and take into account the cultural and religious differences, and since the majority of the resort residents are Russians, there was a chef whose name I do not remember, we were hosted in the private restaurant and it was an enjoyable experience eating seafood, I loved it very much, as well as the other facilities such as the spa. I found the prices very suitable and considered very cheap compared to my country, but I did not find or was informed that there was a female staff to deal with me as a girl, as I do not accept that a man performs some services for me. The swimming pools are a bit small or limited in area. The desserts and hot and cold drinks are very delicious, even the food was a very good experience and the price at the time was very suitable, as my trip was at the end of September, and I will repeat it in the future if I go to Antalya

The staff at the reception have been very helpful since the first day we arrived at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and airy. We would especially like to thank the lifeguard Mr. Emre for making us love the hotel.
