One of my all time worst experiences in Antalya and in general in Turkey. I booked my stay via Airbnb and due to work reasons needed to adjust my bookings to other dates which were free and open on the Airbnb booking calendar.  They did not accept any changes and I lost 800 euros. The owner Selcuk was unbelievably unpolite,  closed to being rude without any human empathy. The support case was opened in Airbnb and even my turkish speaking friends tried to help me. Saddest experience ever....

Nice and clean, very spacious but no parking and they couldn't seem to tell us wherer to park.  Cot for 3rd person is VERY uncomfortable!!!! Ended up sleeping in the 3ft couch.

Fantastic room with amazing views. Owner is super helpful and gave us an intro of Antalya during check-in.
Location is central with multiple dining and shopping options around the place - all within walking distances. Given that this is the old town area, overall experience is excellent.
The tram on Ataturk Cd can be used to go to most of the tourist spots.
We were a family of 4 and the 2 bedroom apartment was great.
Access to the hotel may appear difficult on google maps, but taxis can drive up to the front of the apartment.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Beware of misleading reviews. The overwhelmingly positive ratings seem suspicious. While the website and photos look promising, the reality is far from it. Be cautious, as appearances can be deceiving. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Having stayed at numerous serviced apartments worldwide, this one stands out as particularly disappointing and misleading. Despite thoroughly reading the reviews beforehand, we didn’t encounter a single negative comment, which now feels suspicious. After our stay, we’ve learned to approach such reviews with skepticism.

We arrived late at night, only to find that the entrance was located down a dark, uninviting alley. While the location is conveniently close to the old town, the arrival experience was unsettling and not the warm welcome we had hoped for.

On our first day, we discovered the stove, despite appearing functional, didn’t work. Although we relied on the microwave and chose not to report it initially, the situation was disappointing. After leaving a review, management responded dismissively, insisting the stove was operational—an outright dishonest claim.

Despite booking for three guests, we were only provided with two sets of towels. When I requested a third set, the male manager refused, stating it wasn’t their policy. This response felt unhelpful and unnecessarily rigid.

The washers and dryers, while appearing clean, emitted a foul smell when used. Out of necessity, we had to clean them ourselves, which was inconvenient and frustrating, especially during a long stay.

Adding to our discomfort, many rooms face west and become unbearably hot by evening. The air conditioning units were ineffective, failing to cool the rooms properly and leaving us uncomfortable after long days of touring.

While the night manager was consistently unhelpful and dismissive, the day manager—a kind and proactive lady—was fantastic. She went out of her way to assist us and address concerns when we raised them upon returning from our daily outings. Unfortunately, her willingness to help couldn’t undo the unpleasant experiences of the first and second nights, which were too dramatic to ignore.

In conclusion, while the day manager’s efforts were commendable, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. The property may initially appear attractive, but an extended stay reveals several issues that staff are either unwilling or unable to address. I cannot recommend this property and suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable and accommodating stay.

I highly recommend this hotel, very clean spacious apartment and excellent location, the most important thing is the gentleman with a smile and always helpful Mr. Gökhan and the nice lady Ayperi
