Very beautiful jewellery. Very helpful staff. Bought a beautiful ring and earrings

Avoid this place at all costs! They are bunch of scammers selling cheap jewelry at exorbitant, inflated prices. With aggressive sale tactics, they promise free gifts and huge discounts to entice inexperienced elderly buyers. They conned my 75 year old mother-in-law in buying products and they don't want issue a return of the advance even though we didn't received any products. We asked nicely several times and they come back refusing the refund and offering products instead. We hired a lawyer, contacted the authorities and submitted a complaint to the Special Court of Consumer Rights and we're going after them. After this we will set up a website to warn other consumers so they don't fall in their trap!

For any UK travellers, this is a definite ‘MUST AVOID’ store.

Reasoning:
• You are hassled into buying an item. Literally, you are followed and pestered at any given moment.
• Jewellery is not worthy of the amount purchased at. Please check other reviews who also agree with this comment after having their purchases valued.
• They do not offer refunds either.
• Super poor customer service - I have contacted via Email and WhatsApp. I will now be contacting the Ministry of Tourism in Türkiye as this is clearly a very common scam.
• Majority of the google reviews left are fake and most likely, self written.

Update:
I have been blocked by sales team and customer service. The branch manager, Sürap does not respond either. I have now reported this as a scam through UK bank with all the screenshots of communication with Argos Jewel Art. I strongly advise anyone else to also go down this route as they will support you through international scam.

Of course! Here's a nice review for a jewelry store:

"This jewelry store is absolutely fantastic! They have a wide range of beautiful and high-quality pieces that cater to every taste. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, making sure that every customer leaves satisfied. My shopping experience was excellent, and I will definitely be returning. This is the perfect place to find elegance and quality in every piece!"

I went to this jewellery shop last week with my two daughters I bought two earrings which was 14k my daughter bought an earring my other daughter bought a ring. The gentleman that dealt with us was ever so nice. so we believed .my two earrings cost me £950.00. When I got back home I took them to the jewellery shop to get them valued each earring was worth 90 pounds I thought that there was some mistake I took them to another shop the same thing 90 pounds each I was so shock so they scam 770 pounds .I was in Turkey last year and I bought a pair of earring it cost me 90 euro and the quality was better. Please please anyone going to this shop please don't waste your money because I can see there's a lot of Con artists in this shop I will be writing another review when my daughters take their earrings and ring to the shop to get value this is so disgusting. It is better to shop in a normal shop.
