The only thing which is great about this hotel is the location, and the romanian lady who is cleaning the rooms. She’s nice and helpful but has a lot of things to do. The old man is very rude with customers, breakfast was OK for this price. Rooms are not well equipped, we really missed a fridge or any other kitchen appliances to keep our drinks and food fresh for that 1 night we stayed there. Anyways if you stay there, visit the hidden beach in front of the stairs next to the main road, its spectacular

Time has stopped at the endbof 20th century. Quite a grupy owner Kosta who thinks customers should pay for water in a jug at breakfast because they buy it. There were no hens or coffee trees at the back to get eggs coffee, maybe they come from donations, never know. Magdalena makes her best though one person can hardly manage such a property without personnel.

We loved that place. It is a beautiful hotel built by the owner himself. It has a very quiet pool in the back and the beach is close. You can have breakfast and dinner on the terrace where you have an amazing view over the bay and if you are lucky you'll see dolphins passing by.
The hotel is run by a nice family who always was around when we needed something.
As it was very hot in july, paying the 10€ per day for air condition was worth the money.
We would definitely like to come back.

We booked a stay on the 2nd September-9th September 2024, to say the least- we were horrified.
The beds were stained and dirty, the owners were completely rude and useless, the room was full of cobwebs, bugs squashed all over the walls, the bath was dirty, the toilet didn’t flush, the pool was green and so on.
Please do not waste your money and book here.
On another note, love holidays also were useless in helping us to receive a refund, we paid over a thousand pound for this holiday and have recieved absolutely nothing back.

We don’t even know how to start writing this- we are disgusted to say the least.
We booked at the Apraos Bay Hotel from the 2nd Sept-9th Sept through love holidays. On arrival to the hotel, there was glass smashed all over the floor, the hallway was filled with cobwebs and dead bugs and the owners very very rude. We were then told check in was after 3 o clock, to which we left our suitcase and came back at the decided time. We were then given the key to our room- no explanation of where it was. When we got into the room, we noticed the bath was disgustingly dirty, the toilet was broken and didn’t flush, there were cobwebs and dead bugs squashed into the wall aswell as our mattresses being yellow and stained. Not to mention- the difference in the pool on advertisement vs in real life. Disgusting. To top this off, our ac was leaking the whole time we were there, we asked them to take a look at it 3 times to which we was told later , later never came which is a sincere health and safety risk.
Since then, we have checked out of our hotel after one night, at 1pm. We asked if there was any paperwork etc the lady said no and we left. We contacted love holidays who were absolutely useless in helping us to change hotel or receive a refund. They had to contact a third party supplier to request a refund- this was denied as the hotel staff have lied and said we had stormed out on the first night and left the key on the desk, which is not true.
To sum this up, DO NOT book this hotel- it is quite literally a hell hole.

Best offer for the price. If you need something just ask the Owners.
Sometimes I heard that guests are very unpleasant to the for the staff - so in this case don't expect warm answer from the Greek;)
